Totally agree. People may see it as trivial, imo it was shameful.

was about the only thing left in this season I was excited to see. massively disappointing. He had a collapsed lung at Ajax also.
-
Precious times are these.
-
Draw. Both teams are playing shit.

Graeme Bailey @GraemeBailey · 4h 4 hours ago Newcastle sources are telling us that they are yet to make a bid for MK Dons starlet Dele Alli. I know he's been as accurate as a Tiote 20 yarder since going to Goal mind..

Aye, it's like I understand both sides to it. If people fancy throwing their ticket permanently then fair do's, there's been enough s*** served up to more than justify that decision, but the others who persist and still go, well then ok. It's the club they support, the match is like oxygen to them. People just love going to watch Newcastle, no matter how terrible it's gotten (including Ashley haters). I'm not sure if a few low gates would affect Ashley but it's a fruitless debate anyway as it'll never happen. For every non renewal there's someone waiting.

It's part of their lives. Sounds corny but it's true.
-
Destro to Milan on loan apparently.
-
There was more determination in his play the older he got imo. Even when he wasn't scoring.
-
He was also quality the season we got 4th under Robson. Worked class with Bellamy that season.
-
They're giving someone who hasn't won a game yet a trial period. Make no mistake about it, if he does win a few and keeps Newcastle up, the gig is his full time. It's pointless now even trying to get excited about the club, the interview confirmed everything about us. Not a fucking hope in hell we'd get someone like De Boer when any semblance of ambition or forward thinking has been destroyed.

We love the summer like.

http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/newcastle-united-look-summer---8499301 a nothing article of course, but the comment by 'mercutio' underneath I thought was canny good.

Douglas said we should go in for Griezmann once.

Defo would have Garde over the ones mentioned, but wouldn't be mad if we appointed Laudrup. The club go on about long term, their last long term idea was to give Pardew an 8 year deal. They just say stuff to mask the fact they won't spend any money. Laudrup would massively freshen things up on the training ground and would have us playing decent football at home, something I actually can't remember when we last did. The club got that stagnated I would actually take something short term just to see some good football.
-
I'll take a year of Laudrup attacking football tbh. Will go tits up but honestly who fucking cares? Can't get any worse plus it's universes better than Carver.
-
Stuart Pearce revival going well then.
-
I agree to some extent but I reckon Tiote wouldn't take a second chance. He lost the plot ages ago.
-
I did too but don't think we'll get so lucky as we did last time, above all else the squad had actual leaders in it that time, now we have a rather spineless group half of whom would be on the phone to their agents to get them the hell out of here. And the Championship imo looks far tougher now than when we went down.
-
Just trying to get my head round the scenario of us selling Sissoko and keeping Carver on until the summer.
-
Club will try every possible angle to avoid spending money, simple as that. All the players brought in this summer were down to the fee's for Debuchy & Cabaye. The club is absolutely minted yet won't spend a penny.
-
basically saying we're nowhere near close to appointing someone.
-
suppose.
