No - we want the club - namely PIF to give Eddie the staff he needs to get transfers done quickly.

I bet PIF are hard task masters - wanting to get the best possible deal. Which takes time negotiating. This is what is costing us - how long we are taking to get deals done - it's opening the door for other teams to swoop in.

It does feel very amateurish - where the clubs we are competing against will have departments to negotiate deals - we've three people. One of which has a team to coach and train. It feels at times - Eddie is propping this club up. Eddie is going to be burnt out before the season has started.

Get more people to help Eddie - bring Amanda back. She'd sort it out. Negotiations take time and if even longer if they are spread too thin which it sounds like they are.

My frustration is more the speed at which we're doing transfers - feels glacial - we are clearly short handed and it feels like Eddie is having to get involved in the middle of training sessions.
