Just the thought that my season ticket goes towards JK wages just makes me want to be sick.
-
Helicopter is primed……to get people off the wage bill.
-
This window just gets better.
-
They're turning it on now. Enjoy the bench Yohan.
-
Normally really excited for the derby but…..just fed up.
-
f***ing predictable and embarrassing. Again. Will be the same story in the summer.
More money he keeps the quicker our loan to him is gone and he has no reason to stay
If you owned a business you could skim £40m a year off of, would you let it go?
…not to mention the millions in free advertising. Winner winner, Chicken dinner.

"Where's my little black book of international phone numbers for managers abroad?!?!?!?!"
"Oh yeah - they've all since retired"
-
Positives?
-

Sammy, Dummet, Campbell, Vuckic, Armstrong maybe have potential but appear a long way off, although Sammy looks improved.
Not a lot of creativity - I've come to hate deadline day.
-
Beggers belief how this club is run.
-
So it's been too late to replace our best performer again, who knew. Even more brilliantly, this time we knew he wanted to leave half a year ago and even promised him he could leave this month, and STILL couldn't replace him.
And the same w*****s will defend this again, I've absolutely no doubt.
You'd almost think the intention was to not replace him and that the bid for Grenier was nothing more than a cheeky put for a player worth more than our offer.
-
Well, this was unexpected. Absolute joke.
Didnt expect anything else.
-
Grenier and Cabella will probably end up out of our reach like PEA
Of course they will. Under bid is the name of the game. £20 mil in the bank is what it's all about.
-
I've come to hate transfer deadline.
-
his arrival basically f***ed up the one area of the club that could be said to have been working half right
Maybe Llambias was spending too much money.
-
to be honest though, the agent's saying that grenier turned our offer down rather than Lyon
Just offer the 20mil and get him in.
-
What's his agent on about? Most ridiculous reasoning I've ever heard for a player not wanting to come here. (Not that he was ever in a position to actually come here.)
Really? Seems pretty obvious to me. We've clearly offered too little for him, both in terms of fee and wages.
Yep....we sell a player for £20mil...we offer a younger, highly talented player half that.
-
JK out.....it's the only way this club will ever go forward.
Ashley is the one who we need out, he goes and the whole stinking lot of them go with him.
To think our season tickets are paying JK's wages.
-
JK out.....it's the only way this club will ever go forward.
-
Hopefully our bid will force their hand to sell as they are in quite a bit of financial trouble.
-
Cisse out?
Grenier sounds unlikely.
-
Am gutted he's gone.

Funny how he left Champions League football with Lille, after winning the title there, as he wanted to play in the Premier League. Then goes back to Ligue 1 to play Champions League in Paris.
I appreciate that PSG is an "exciting project". But Ligue 1 is s****. I know there is Monaco and PSG, but L'OM are pretty poor these days, Lyon have a few good players. But as a league, terrible. Some awful teams.
I am convinced that Cabaye would have preferred to stay in England and play for Arsenal or Man U, but PSG was the only offer on the table.
Any ideas what PSG are paying him? I thought he was on £35-40k per week with us, so I don't suppose it is too difficult for PSG to blow that out of the water.
Think he only left cause he realised the lack lacked ANY ambitions. JK joing probably didn't help matters.

Don't think I've read one quote of him thanking the fans.
