Totally agree. Forrest literally did just that - Got a 6 point deduction reduced to 4 by 'complying' - whatever that means but look at them now.

PSR is ruining football - when clubs like Chelsea can get away with selling Hotels, car parks to comply - it's become a joke and not fit for purpose.
