If it’s a fail, there’ll be an appeal, if that fails I would think potential legal action. It could go on a bit longer. Just a thought, but given that we doubt the PL would announce anything and that any announcement would come from PIF, how do we know we're not already into the appeal stage already? After all, given how long it has gone on.... Then we could be heading to the Courts if there’s another knock back.

It will also depend on how much the government have nudged or leaned on the PL given the billions they spend in the UK. Some might not see that as a factor, however it will be.

The WTO Court of Arbitration isn’t quorate so not sitting. They can still appeal can't they? It just won't be heard until they are sitting.
