Looked decent last season but Southampton have some quality attacking players
-
Oh ya that's probably right. Celtic can't deal with the long throws
-
Why are Celtic being sponsored by Tipperary water?
-
It wouldn't be dull anyway

somebody has been watching knowing me knowing you

Krul 8-brilliant keeper Debuchy 3-poor. Looks like he could get sent off in every game. To be fair to him I think him and Ben Arfa are too attacking to be on the same wing. Taylor 2- Pathetic sending off. Horrible attempt to block Aguero's shot for his goal. Colo 7-decent. Not helped by those around him. Yanga Mbiwa 4-poor. Not a natural full back so I'll cut him a bit of slack for that. Ben Arfa 8- our only good attacking player. Absolute class. I would play him as a number 10 so he could get involved as much as possible. Tiote 4-can't pass Sissoko 5- Can't pass either. Bit better than Tiote. Jonas 6- doesn't deserve the stick he gets. Works hard. Gouffran 6- runs around a lot but doesn't have required skill. Cisse 4-he is not a fucking target man. First touch of a rapist.

His size shouldn't be an issue at all. Are ye telling me Xavi and Iniesta wouldn't do a job in the premier league? Modric was one of the best midfielders in the league before he left.

Shit! This could be 10

Where is the Nordie bloke off match of the day 2 tonight?

Having read that again it actually is what you said. Sorry about that

I still struggle to see Bale fitting in there. Ancelotti likes narrow systems but they are getting back to the point where they are putting square pegs in round holes in order to fit all the talented players they have. They could line up like this: Ozil Bale Isco Ronaldo Why would Bale be in the middle? Because that's where he was during the second half of last season for spurs. Most of his goals came from him cutting in from the wing. I just think Isco and Ozil are more natural attacking midfielders

I don't know why we look so s*** these days. Manager/lack of passion/whatever. There are more significant reasons than 'the players aren't good enough' for why we're miles away from winning a major tournament. Are there really other reasons other than not being good enough? How many English players were in last seasons team of the year for instance? Ye should be able to beat Ireland and Scotland easily I agree but ye don't have a better team than Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland, Brazil or Argentina anyway.

Rooney is half Irish I'm fairly sure

God this is terrible

Probably covered in the other games thread but I wasn't reading 40 pages to check, anyone see MOTD's 'first test' of this technology? The ball was nowhere near, not a single person would have questioned if it was over That was done on BT sport as well yesterday

It makes me think that managers barely matter when some of them can't even speak the language.

He has a massive hard on for Ricky Lambert
-
That sounds fun:'(

Really good analysis by Shearer. Most people including myself didn't see the knee hitting his ankle

Agbonlaghor you piece of shit

There is an Irish one called secondcaptains@theirishtimes that is decent enough. They used to have a successful radio show for 3 hours each night but resigned and are now doing pods on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Its mostly about the premier league and European football
-
Its a pretty shit game anyway
