Burnley (who have great home form) away next, Man Utd, Swansea (new manager bounce), Liverpool, Hull (see Swansea), Arsenal. Then they have two champions league ties in the middle of all of that, with possibly a massive game against West Ham coming 3 days after the CL 2nd leg
