Where has this stuff about Lingard come from? I’d say there is a little to no chance we will sign him. As for other major incomings I think it will be quiet for a few weeks and not heat up again mid to late July. There’ll definitely be players we are tracking and waiting on their availability

Is the squad stronger with him in It or not, undoubtedly yes. Plus not having to rely on Darlow or Woodman when Dubs gets his yearly injury that keeps him out 4-6 weeks. Having a more competent keeper is probably worth an extra 6 points

As Howe says, not to high when we win and not too low when we lose. Nice break now let them rest up, train and clear up the few niggles we’re carrying. No reason we can’t have a strong finish to the season
