The gaslighting around this bloke from the media and pundits drove me insane. He may be a decent bloke but he’s an abomination of a manager. Yet we somehow had to be grateful. Wasn’t even really about Bruce, we knew he was terrible, it was all the narrative and media messaging about him that was more annoying.
