Not being critical of the post, as obviously extra bodies or cover if Miggy is sold is necessary, but, Personally I don't think it's much of a "big improvement" on Fraser or Miggy playing on the right? Sarr is probably a top championship player average premier league player, just like Fraser and Miggy are or would be. Raphinha or Diaby, Doku, Nkunku, Gakpo. I don't think these players are beyond us, I know Raphinha will likely join a ready qualified UCL side but I'd still join the race, show our ambition.

Wow this has been a right saga, he's 100% going to be saying his intention was to always come here, even though I doubt it was, it won't take long for him to realise he did get the choice right after, he will fall in love with the fans in no time.

Am I right in thinking, when the league shuts down for this, that the likely City, Liverpool, Man U,Arsenal etc, their players will get an extended break for recovery? That will likely mean the so called big six will be without key players for a while after, would be a really good time to play these sides after the tournament has ended. We don't play any of them after sadly. But before it shuts down we have Chelsea at home, I'd assume some would miss out or not want to play incase they get injured the weekend before they are due to play in the tournament.

I'm not sure? They clearly dont worry about FFP like we keep hearing, they get linked to a player, and before you know it, it seems they sign. To be honest they haven't messed about. But, I suppose having Dan Ashworth now, might just see us pull our finger out, within 48hrs, Hayden has gone out, and Gayle to follow, while making space for Targett, I guess you could say, those moving on,covers that transfer.

I'm not totally sure I'd be over the moon,I'd be pleased it was an upgrade on what we have, but, I'd be expecting us to be a bit more ambitious, Villa signing Digne meant Targett would be benched, they secured Coutinho, and also Carlos and Kamara, they seem to be miles ahead with their movements, and convincing players to sign. Most of our rumours are simply that, out of all of them, Targett I do like, Ekitike sounds close but is it? And the others I think we'll probably miss out on, Sarr is a player that really doesn't interest me at all, ambitious, would be Raphinha, Conor Gallagher, Conor Cody, Calvert Lewin.
