You's are judging a player who you have never actually seen play at his best. He's 21 years old and been thrust into a main role at a club who are one of the worst teams in the league for creating chances and your expecting him to have a high conversion rate.

From what Iv been reading about how Rafa Benitez has his teams play then Mitrovic seems the ideal striker for him. Obviously needs to score more but its about bringing the other 3 players behind him into play. Benitez is not adverse to playing fast paced forwards on the wings of the 4-2-3-1 so a hold up player upfront is what he needs.

Loads of people saying we should have gone for a relegation experienced manager, I just dont think we have the type of players that would respond to a Pearson type manager. We have the best bloke we could of hoped for and Newcastle is a club where the fans need to be made to think "what if?" anythings possible. It was Carver who organised pre-season, it was always doomed to fail.

It would make sense if he was being moved upstairs therefor still being employed by the club. The people running the club are idiots though there is no doubt about that, but Im still not panicking as of yet. I think we will know one way or the other by Friday.
