  1. If he plays a full season for Young Boys, that would be better than half a dozen games for us. While Rafa has Jesus, Anita, Yankie Doodle landing soon and Sterry for RB. And four CB's. LB granted is looking light, but Mbabu isn't really a LB anyhoo so it's a good deal fitness and first team football wise.
  2. Not much to lose transfer this. We'll get him cheap as it's the last year of his Brentford contract. He's coming back to fitness with something to prove at a big club looking to go up. Give him a highly incentivised deal, one years time he could get a new deal in the Premier League with us. If it doesn't work out, we've not lost out too much, worth a gamble imo.
  3. Very highly thought of by my work associate Neil a Brentford Supporter who is a Threatre Technician who likes walking his dog and pina colada. A small player who can play on both wings, good crosser, scores good goals. Brentford wanted to sell as he is in the last year of his contract, recovering from a broken leg.
  4. He's a winger I think, just rung someone at work who's a Brentford supporter to see what he thinks of him, waiting for him to call me back.
  5. Medical might not go well I seem to remember one of ours, Carroll was it ? who got through one despite being out for ages.
  6. Fuck that, play both away and smash teams. None of this looking not to lose first bollocks. Lets attack teams from the off and show we're better than them, not letting them get some steam up by sitting back.
  7. What exactly were it that enraged you so much ?
  8. Fuck me, that looks like an old game of FIFA where the graphics are not good enough so it just looks like a green carpet instead of a grass. They took the running track away and put in seats did they, like fuck they did. They just laid a massive snooker cloth over the track That area from the dugout to the pitch Correct, they didnt Oh right, that'll explain no mans land all round the place then
  9. I was just thinking that, i can kind of get my head around lumphead not getting any as he gets teams safe but not Pardew, he just lies along with everything else his shit teams produce and they all just ignore it.
  10. Dunno but i don't think it cost West Ham anything did it, that's part of scandal of it all i thought, that and the ridiculously low rent.
  11. His niece works for sky so he gives them a lot of soundbytes/access to players/for interviews etc. Their higher-ups are very clear about not criticising him. Really ? So pundits go against what they believe because of that (if they really think he's rubbish of course). That's just ridiculous if true. Any of them who give them access and stories get an easy ride. Note the lack of criticism for Allardyce, for example. Their production team is full of family members/friends of players/managers/ex-players. You are told in production meetings who can't be criticised/about whom criticism cannot be aired. They don't mind letting people question Wenger on air because, amongst other reasons, they think he never does anything for them above the bare contractual minimum. It's the same across so many of their departments - there are children of former England Cricket players in the Cricket production team, for example, because in return daddy tells the ECB to grant them first-rate access and first option on everything. It's a really despicable organisation to be frank. What a joke, void all integrity if that's legit. I don't doubt you either if i'm honest, it explains a lot in regard to Hippo head and Pardew. Makes sense why foreigners get so much stick. No nieces when your from Argentina. Very true, it's awful stuff like.

Did Sunderland not get their share of the mad money in the Premiership ?
  14. We'll end up with Tena Pads as our sponsor knowing us.

  17. I actually don't think it's that, i think he sets up how he knows but as soon as it doesn't work, as other teams figure it out, he's then clueless. Hence trying the same thing over and over again without it working. He's utterly limited to his plan A, which as we, West Ham, Charlton and now Palace are seeing is limited, hoofball, floaty set pieces, hope for magic idealess rubbish. There is no other way, he simply doesn't know one, he is the perfect example of one dimensional in football manager form.
  18. Watching Kammy and Ben Shepard just now, they were talking about Palace's bad run along with the guests. They came to the conclusion that it was because they didn't have a striker, and that's the reason for the bad run since last christmas. How does the cunt get away with it, no looking at his tactics, his style of play, his inept subs, his string of pathetic excuses. They didn't even mention his subs just before the corner at Spurs that cost the goal, even though they were shown in the highlights. It's unbelieveable how it seems to be no fault of his at all.
  19. I love Alex Neil getting annoyed at his players for not passing it enough, shorter passing goal. I like him, he's young and could go far as a manager.
  20. Also despite our slow start he's barely had any saves to make, we have to give him some time to bed in. As shaky as he looks he's not cost a goal yet, and if we keep winning he'll get more confident.
  21. He's already said he wont, in regard to league games anyway. If Sels makes errors and plays poorly he might be dropped. But as Joeyt has already pointed out, he's not been responsible for any goals yet, and isn't jittery enough for the defence to be nervous about him so far, imo.
  22. Very true, like every new player to English football he needs time to settle. I don't like the flapping two hands instead of punching mind. He seems to flap at crosses that he should be catching too, I know he needs to settle in but early signs are a bit worrying. Hopefully he'll grow in confidence if Rafa is going to stick with him. That's the key, he'll get the support from Rafa. While Rafa is ruthless about his team changes, he spoke about Sels and him needing time to adjust, and how the GK's won't be rotated like outfield players are (in the league).
