  1. Teams are encouraged to have a go at us now with our relatively poor home form (for a team that are top). Aye i get that but it doesn't really explain letting teams have the ball and playing it about at will, and that's what we're doing letting them have it. And when we do get it, us just hoying it forward. Rafa is better than that, and despite our squad being average they're better than that too.
  2. When we beat Brighton at home we didn't exactly over attack, we won easily by simply being the better team and controlling the game and possesion, we certainly didn't surrender possession like we do at the moment. Not sure what's wrong at home, it's baffling why we set up so negative now.
  3. Hope he gets the players in on Monday, fuck their day off.
  4. Rafa. did you hear the rumor Wenger will take over if we make it No.
  5. No, i love him but i also think when he fecks up he should get stick. Might be all the Pardew hatred oozing out of me now though. Damaged for life by this club i reckon.
  6. Didn't think that was possible. Missed one for Bolton as well i think.
  7. 1. Yes. 2. Its the end of the world. 3. It'll be alright. 4. You're a arsehole saying Rafa got it wrong he's won the champions league you know and you couldn't win a raffle, no i'm not you're an arsehole blah blah (later tonight) 5. Meh.

Agreed on both points. Not a chance in hell.
  9. I know we score lots but by god we can be bloody boring at times.
  10. You can't turn up and expect to win at home, we lack invention, ideas and don't take control of home games. It's down to the players being poor and down to Rafa's tactics also being poor at times. Today was more Rafa's tactics which it seems were to hoof it over the top, something we saw for years under Pardew and detested. Rafa will work harder than ever i've no doubt about it but i just wished he'd not be so rigid at home. Brighton and Huddersfield seemingly despite us beating them aren't relenting in the chase, we need to react especially in the next home game.
  11. And we'll have people on their high horses like yourself who will just post in here to say stuff like this. Not going on like a flannel about the last person to blame isn't the same as being on your high horse Neesy, learn the difference. Rafa is the first person to blame today. Of course he is, January didn't happen. A factor but i'm not sure January has anything to do with long ball aimless football played today like.
  12. The six games before this had them top of the form table, you might well be right.
  13. It's not that, his rigid tactics away work as it all about shape, defensive cohesion and hard work. At home it's awful and looks poor (at times). He needs to be more flexible but what do we know, we just watch it. We should be set up to batter teams at home. We're the best side in the league and should behave like it at home. Instead teams like Bristol City come here and take something away. I do agree but this is Rafa style, he's not keen on allowing players too much freedom to stamp themselves on games. When it fails it looks like it does today. He needs to look at it but he won't, he won't doubt his methods.
  14. I wonder why Rafa seems to fear possession lately, baffled to why we surrender the ball so willingly.

  16. You're an idiot, like. Losing at home 0-3 to Fulham would suggest that maybe i'm not the idiot here. To be fair that's one of the nicest things i've ever seen Ron say.
  17. I haven't heard Shelvey's name at all this half until then.
  18. 4-4-2 with Colback still in there?! We'll lose by 6. Hehe true.
