Just curious but who recommended Ritchie do you think, Carr or Rafa ? Could have been either of them. I just know Carr will have some input along the way. As long as Rafa has the say on the ins, i'm happy with it. They'll be errors along the way but at least we'll know Rafa is proper in charge.
