You keep convincing yourself he isn't.

I'll bet someone elses knackers it isn't £5m.

'Bournemouth are loving this. Not only are we completely predictable and offering no attacking threat to worry about, but we're constantly giving away fouls and letting them dictate the game.' It's not like we didn't warn them

I know but we'll have to get used to that as it's Rafa favoured way. He'll fit better there than Colback or Shelvey. Alongside Hayden, McCarthy would suit Rafa's 4-2-3-1 formation perfectly. It's how i'm looking at players now, players that fit into 4-2-3-1, it's going to be that system 99 times out of 100 imo.

So when we sign decent players it's Rafa, if we think they're shit it's Carr/Ashley. Come on guys, these are Rafa signings. Does anyone really believe Rafa stayed only to be given players he might not want.

McCarthy is better than any of our CM's. Would take.

This lifts my heart

Rafa is ruthless, he'll use Murphy to get out of the Champinship, then cut him loose. Now i trust Rafa in what he's doing and while he'll make mistakes in buying, i don't think this will be one.
-
Doesn't he score goals then? Well yes, but surely he should chip in with a few seeing as he plays as a striker (Riviere can be ignore in this conversation like). I actually think he's going to do quite well and was really just messing, but thanks for harpooning that balloon of fun. He'll be decent and should be given a chance if we can past the Sunderland link, like we have DeWayne, DeFonzie or whatever our DeRapid right back is called.
-
It's not really though is it. Rafa wanted an experienced striker who plays/played in the Championship. Alright Murphy isn't someone we're exactly delighted with but he's just the striker Rafa described.
-
He holds it up well......um...erm...well that's good isn't it.

Aye, loads of papers reporting it now. Still think it's bullshit myself. They're all quoting the same place. I know, hence why i said it's bullshit. Just lazy reporting as per usual.

http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2016/08/24/gb-arsenal-consider-chancel-mbemba-raid/ Bullshit i hope. 'He has yet to feature this season due to an ankle problem, but it is not understood to a huge issue and would not get in the way of any proposed deal.' Good reporting

The first post is quite good, Krul does love it here. Not sure how long he would being a number 2 say. But i think this is best thing, he gets first team football after a long time out, plays in Europe (i think Ajax are in one or the other cup). Comes back and then it's for Rafa to decide who's best, not got a problem with this myself. Krul has loved his time here. Whether he still wants to be here or has gotten itchy feet is the question. Wasn't he looking to join Koeman at Everton earlier on this summer? He was linked, no idea if he wanted the move or not though. I tend to lean on the side of not believing most paper stories mind. For me it was just a lazy Dutch manager, we've gone down made up link with our Dutch GK usual bullshit. You never though tbh.

http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/danny-blind-should-stick-problems-11101282 I think everyone is thinking too much about it. If Krul wants to be the national number one he has to play in a top league. Simply, it's best for him, we have GK's ok for the Championship and if we go up we get Krul back, so it's ok for us. If Sels turns out really good, then it doesn't really matter if Tim joins Ajax permanently after this season.

It's the complete opposite you div. How is it!? How is a keeper who looks very dodgy and Shakey a good thing for god sake Because the faith the manager has in him will give him confidence and help him settle. It's not concerning after 4 games ffs.

We're going close, really on top and should have had a couple more.
