David Silva is joining Lazio on a three-year deal after leaving Manchester City (The Guardian)
-
We've been credited with interest with him from outlets such as The Athletic
-
How would Immobile get in the team anyway? Joelinton is "definitely going to come good" next season according to the superfans and big Andy is the option off the bench when the game is crying out for a Geordie
-
Awful that, the type of signing you'd expect Villa or West Ham to make
-
You would have to imagine Pochettino will be his replacement

I like Barry a lot but know that he, like many other Guardianers, have been very condescending towards Newcastle fans on this topic. What's he said now? https://twitter.com/bglendenning/status/1291812600779608066 https://twitter.com/bglendenning/status/1291822826077540352 The bloke is a complete moron man, how can you have such a reductive outlook on sporting competition when your profession is literally sports journalism? You can essentially distill his argument to - if you're not at the bottom of the football pyramid, you've got nothing to moan about Heaven forbid fans actually have ambitions for their team to be successful His Mackem blinkers heavily inform his contrarian rhetoric and it's so painfully obvious. He'll still be pleading for sympathy for them without the esteemed logic that he applied to us.

Sarri surely gets sacked if Juve crash out here
-
Fucking hell that is horrendous

That's not bad by modern standards I read somewhere the deal to go to Arsenal was sealed by an enormous signing on fee. Curious to know what is considered as such these days. Kia getting his pay from both sides of the deal. Arsenal have binned off most of their scouting team as well, so it will just be Kia’s clients from now on

Palace have offered a contract to Ryan Fraser worth £50,000 a week according to the Guardian
-
Daniel Harris getting all giddy about Man United signing Sancho, when that spending money can be sourced from sponsors including a five-year deal signed in 2017 with Saudi Telecom and an ongoing strategic partnership with the Saudi Football Authority to promote Saudi Vision 2030. But of course, admonish Newcastle's prospective ownership in any case
-
From The Guardian, personal terms agreed for Sancho
-
to newcastle fans maybe but to anybody else not really Not so sure, obviously not on the former but definitely on the latter. I was listening to the Independent's football podcast and even Miguel Delaney (one of the most vocal critics on the deal) agreed that the Premier League should offer some kind of statement. There does seem to be broad agreement in the media that the Premier League needs to communicate something

He's had a few injuries at Inter to be fair during the middle of the season, 9 goals and 4 assists in 22 games isn't a bad return overall mind. I see Cazorla has left Villarreal for his last payday to Al-Sadd
