  1. Getting a familiar sinking feeling that even if we sign these targets, who are all objectively very talented - Fraser, Lewis, Wilson, we don't have a good enough manager or coaching setup to make use of them, like McClaren back with that infamous spending spree Hope I'm wrong
  2. Timely reminder that even with potential signings, Bruce is still our manager 4 wins in 20 at the end of last season, don’t see our form picking up
  3. That’s a joke of an offer for Ritchie mind, he’s a superb player at that level, £7m should be the minimum
  4. Can't envisage West Ham having much luck with that bid
  5. Already talking about the winter window, incredible
  6. Fernando Torres documentary on Amazon 18 September
  7. Why do you keep ignoring we have heard from PIF already? They're out. They were funding 80% of it. Of all the parties involved that's a pretty f***ing big one to get that statement from. And if everything else reported or commented on is BS, that means we ignore all the s**** being spouted about how it's now being handled 'behind closed doors'.. right? Because even AS and the Reuben Brother's ignored it? Manopark is getting some totally uneccassary grief here. Just an optimistic bloke who is excitable and wants the best for the club, so what if he's slightly annoying with it? Some serious projecting going on in here you bunch of incels. Yes indeed, all I am saying is because we have not been told anything about the final outcome, we should just wait (instead of 'jumping in to say it is dead, etc !!). No one knows what the outcome will be, so lets just do the obvious "waiting" thing, yeah? The hope of this takeover is the only thing that connects me to the club. Once I'm satisfied that this is dead I don't think I'll be following the club with any real seriousness. If there's even a 0.1% chance of this happening then we should be fighting for it till the very end because we already know what the alternative is, so why the f*** would you accept that? The irony in all this is that the same ones who are slating you for being "optmistic" (realistic imo) have given up and accepted that, much like the fans who go to games who they also slate for that very same reason. Yes, I think the "pessimists" on here just like to have a go at me, and others, just because we explain things factually, and because we do not join them in their eternal pessimism. I am going to stick with the facts as they are, until we hear anything else. You have never once posted 'facts' in regards to the takeover. In fact, you deliberately ignore one of the few facts we publicly have available which is the official withdrawal of PIF
  8. Perhaps they've heard Watkins is moving elsewhere and they're turning their full attention to Wilson?
  9. I think he's a good player, but it'll take him a fair while to get match-fit, then when you take into account our (lack of) footballing style, I'm not at all convinced this is going to work out However that being said, I'm very jaded when it comes to NUFC now, so that might be influencing my view
  10. PSG have bid £30m including add-ons for Bellerin according to The Guardian
  11. It isn't even just his finishing, he hasn't demonstrated any quality in other attributes you'd expect in a wide forward like a good first touch, close control or dribbling
  12. Joelinton is actually far too good for us, funnily enough. We are an archaic club stuck in the dark ages. We shouldn't bring such players to the club. He's too fancy a toy for the manager. Get a robust lump that can give and take lumps and get him up top to barge about and battle for direct balls. Forget all this fancy dan tactical stuff. Needs to get stuck in. That is complete and utter rubbish mind, he's not shown anywhere near enough to even be considered good enough for the Premier League in general.
