18 pages on a banner from one of our games ffs, while they've finished 5th in League One and potentially face another season there. Perpetuating the hilarious myths such as the cabal of mysterious Geordie businessmen, all mags south of the Tyne were all mackems before 1992, Magedia etc. From 'Love leyg one me like' to 'FAYEWWWMIN Almiron is a horrid forrin and Durham Catheydrul is ours' in the space of a few weeks. Comical.

Your Newcastle United player of the season 18/19

Between Schär, Dubravka, Rondón or Perez for me. Probably Rondón, he's been the perfect striker for Rafa's system. Get some better players around him and we're cooking on gas. -

Something ridiculous will definitely happen. I know of about 5 or 6 knackers who are doing the boat trip. It's been organised by that FEV created mutant who did that "united by cancer" banner that flew over a mackem game. Bound to be fucking embarrassing. -
Because of the Liverpool connection I doubt that he'd ever manage those cunts. Fans won't like him either due to style of play, not the 'Man Utd way'.
-
Oh aye, the mysterious incognito cabal of Tyneside businessmen who diverted commerce away from Wearside to Tyneside to increase Newcastle's importance and negate Sunderland's in collaboration with the North Sea and Sky.

Just seen that Game of Thrones commentary thing. FUCK ME.

Who cares even if we did raise our game? If you want to be one of the big boys, it’s something you have to accept and cope with. Don’t think I saw anyone of us complaining about it in the championship. The mongs on RAWK, evidently.
-
Because we scored immediately after I can sort of understand the Alexander-Arnold thing, but he should've been booked, but wasn't. The Fabinho dive though, fucking hell, so bad. Could tell from my seat that it was a dive yet the bald nonce of a linesman 5 feet away couldn't see it. Awful. Warnock was right.
-
Played really well last night. Great atmosphere and didn't deserve to lose it. That lot on RAWK can fuck off. We raised our game especially for them? We'd won 6 of the last 7 home games before yesterday and the reason they're still in with a shout is us beating Man City. Get to fuck. They'll still win the same amount of trophies as us the season. How fucking tragic.

The waiter got them Rafagated then spent a shitload bringing them back up and has spent lerds of white English Mike's hard earned on shit signings, one of which in particular who has changed their season around but we have singled out because he's worth half of what our entire club was sold for and he's a horrid forrin. FTM.

4:17 onwards for the patter about his contract.

Chelsea I like the design of that Stoke one. If that was black and white stripes that'd be really nice. Well I'd just show their kit from last season which is awesome. Can't deny that one for next season is aaaaaaful.

Messi, man. Christ.

Messi should've rolled over a few more times there.

Brighton were god awful in the first half against us because they employed the wrong tactics against us; we hate being pressed quickly and they gave the likes of Shelvey and Schar time and space on the ball to pick out the passes they wanted to, they treat us like we were a top six side. I don't think it was a case of all of their outfielders just didn't get out of the ball because they chose not to. What Souness is saying is just really shortsighted imo, you make a good point about engaging with the second balls which is something our centre halves and Rondon do particularly well, but he was essentially saying 'close the ball down, want it more than the other team and you're on the front foot'. I'm fairly sure Rafa didn't tell our lads to 'get out to the ball first' when we beat Manchester City, he would've went with tactics first. Like most managers would do, particularly foreign managers where focus is on tactical setups and reading what the opposition can do rather than the 'get stuck in' culture in this country that still resonates with many for some reason. At Arsenal it wasn't a case of us engaging with the ball when out of possession or on the second balls, we were just utterly rancid on the ball when we won it back.

Real man Graeme Sou Souey Sou Sou Souness showing why he isn't a manager anymore.

"Shouldn't sign anyone. What if you spend loads on them and they get injured?" Fucking doylem. Hope it happens.

Amazed that so many discussions about greatest PL striker partnerships very rarely include Beardsley and Cole. The numbers they got in 1993-94 is just outrageous. Does anyone know how many assists Beardsley got that season? Can only find numbers for goals.
