Probably a fair assessment. Rondon had a chance to play him in at 0-1 but shot wide instead. He needs to be more direct, he was back in January when he hit his best form since he signed, getting at the full back and sticking a cross in. It's what he did when we won at Stoke and tonight.

A player who I'd look forward to see play should he sign. Haven't had that feeling for a while.

Better from him (not saying much given how tragic he's been lately), but that chance, man. Was ready to celebrate like a mad bastard.

Our fixtures in January are AIDS also. In Cardiff (h) a player like him I assume would get kicked pillar to post. Suppose Man City (h) a quick number 10 on the break would be useful, but there's throwing him into the deep end and then there's that.

He intrigues me as a footballer, would look forward to his debut if this is true. No idea who's PL proven who would improve us in January, bearing in mind we're out of domestic loans.

Some freelance Paraguayan journalist in the States so almost certainly bollocks.

5 defenders, pace out wide, big man in the middle. Shame there's zero quality.

"You start every game with a point..."

Protesting or boycotting? He's right when he says the MG shot themselves in the foot by having in stadium protests in consecutive weeks.

Would snap your hand off for a point tbh. Get confidence in that defence again because Saturday was woeful. Glad there's another game so soon after, shame it's at a place we have historically served up our worst performance of the season.

If the question can be put to Rafa which it will, if he answers with something along the lines of that it's a crucial game (which it may well be given Wolves' form and position in the league) and needing support for it then can they not go off of that? Didn't say that before the west ham game though did he The word 'if' was key to that suggestion.

No idea who the investors are but I think he recognises the potential. It's one of the very few things the club has going for it along with its manager.

Can totally get your point but when Caulkin as well as the others come out with stuff verifying it, there's no smoke without fire. Absolutely not having a go at George, but it was him who pushed the Amanda Staveley story last year. Which was true. He saw all three bids. It's the fat cunt shifting the goalposts that messed that one up, only that time he didn't have people going after SD. He didn't really change the goalposts, she came in with a lower offer and they couldn't agree terms after. His valuation was outrageous. £350m-£400m back then was what he was asking wasn't it? Fairly certain she offered £300m (the price he's going to be accepting now by all accounts), although that might've been one of the bids with clauses.

Can totally get your point but when Caulkin as well as the others come out with stuff verifying it, there's no smoke without fire. Obviously the fat cunt can shaft us at any point but given the circumstances as well as previous events and communications from the MG, I don't think it should go ahead. That doesn't mean stop the protests by any means, just postpone this particular one. TF just coming out with that statement without telling the MG is bad craic iyam. Surprised particularly at the podcast lot who seem like good lads (and lass). But why should you postpone a protest because someone might buy us? Are they going to call off the purchase? If anything it strengthens the hand of a buyer because it makes Ashley more motivated to sell. It would, if thousands took part. I think it's clear that they won't. Rumours, exactly. Shouldn't make a difference. And neither will having it go ahead increase the amount of people doing it that took part in the walk in.

It's not about letting pressure off or stopping all protests. It's postponing a particular one, when rumours are rife and appetite for it isn't high.

May as well have been.
