I think he is one of those players they would go for if he became available even if it isn’t a position that’s massively important. For me I think he was a possible next year player on our list. But as we have seen with Isak if it’s there to be done they will do it.

That’s not how FFP works man if it was then there is no point putting Chelsea’s new players in 8 year contracts. Say we sold Maxi for £40 million and there was still £5milluon left of his amortisation then we would immediately get £40 million on the balance sheet minus that years £5 million amortisation. When then buy a player for £60 million on a 6 year contract so £10million that year on FFP plus whatever that years wages is.

They were literally linked with Bruno at the beginning of the window and they are the first on the team sheet. Even when ASM is fully fit he isn’t the first in the team sheet so unless everyone thinks Howe is wrong then he he is our most saleable assist who isn’t a guaranteed first team player simple.
