  1. Absolute legend, I don’t know if I have a bit of rose tint in this view, but I feel he has greatly improved with the ball at his feet. I noticed a couple of quick forward passes today. My player of the season, for sure.
  2. Looking forward to seeing him against Germany later - will be a cracking game!
  3. I don't want to get involved, and know none of you - but I think Dub has proven himself this season, and our shot to goal ratio has plummeted. Take it to PM.
  4. Agree with all of above re. Lewis - found it particularly interesting how players were looking to find him in the middle a lot of the time once he came on. They see a lot more than us lot in training, I think he seems well thought of amongst his peers. Willock has his part to play - he's lost a bit of spark, but what a great backup to have. Him and Big Joe have that "Bash Bros" thing going, which is always helpful, but his output was minimal today.
  5. I'm not even gonna get my hopes up. Didn't they value him at £55m? or was that somebody else? Trying to bury my head in the sand!
  6. I get your point, but they could get a payday and inflate their value at the same time. World class? Probably none. Hakimi is a good shout, but I think he relies on recovery rather than actual defending.
  7. The knee-jerk in here has my gout flaring up :/
  8. I think a lot of industries have diction training, which I have had in my past (early) corporate life. As much as we love it, and a lot of other regional folk do - sometimes people can't understand us, and I think that's fine. Nobody ever questions where I am from nowadays, FYI.
  9. I don't know if I'm being special (very possibly), but I was looking yesterday to try and find some live football on BBC iPlayer and couldn't find it on the TV... where am I meant to be looking for this game?!
  10. Dibling and Evan Ferguson on a loan with option to buy would be absolutely class, but not sure it's very likely!
  11. I’d love Dibling and Delap post-relegation. I’m not sure Delap would play second fiddle, mind. I could see him being main man for an Everton/West Ham type.
  12. I don't know if I'm still drunk or having a nervous breakdown but I think we are going to win this one 2-1.
