Another waste of a signing OK for free but what about wages? A Burnley reject, 28 yrs old and a 4 year deal!? He'll be laughing all the way to retirement. Exactly, the sale price will go up and more likely to be sold if we are doing well, e.g. mid-table. This result is via good luck but we must be in a position to sell to be better in the future. Going down won't change one iota imo.

My point is we were always going to be slaughtered by Chelsea, on paper, we got lucky a 1-0 win. Don't expect a great performance to get a 1-0 result against Chelsea playing well, is was always going to be lucky! Newcastle are a bottom of the mid-table team.
