Alonso is the most obvious case of someone who was always going to be a class manager.

The issue is I can see a point in the the season where both are injured. Especially as Tino is also cover for left back. If the club feel they can bring in someone better for the money we’ll get from Trippier then fair enough, but players at that level are few and expensive.

And neither have the best injury record. Tino is also our back up or even first choice left back.

Hope we have a replacement lined up if this is the case. Tino’s injury record isn’t great.

Wish we would see teams leave the pitch more often, under these circumstances tbh. Postpone the game, ban the culprits, and play when they’re gone. If it happens again then dock them points every time a game is abandoned because of racial abuse.
