  1. That's what I hear too basically. And a new financially very strong non American owner could wreck their plan. So they oppose it. It's not about piracy (well maybe it is for Qatar) or about human rights, or anything else. It's all about control and money.
  2. From what I gather, it's not "the big 6" per se, but it's Anglo-American owner who has problem with non Anglo-American (read Arab) owner take their slice of PL money pie. The Man City owner supposedly not opposed the Saudi takeover of Newcastle. But it's Liverpool and Tottenham owners who strongly opposes the Saudi takeover of Newcastle. Supposedly The Glazers and the Kroenke also oppose the takeover. But this is only my opinion.
  3. That's why I firmly in negative camp. The whole thing from bottom up corrupt as fuck. Including the legal system too. Must be frustrating as a brits to live under such corrupt regime.
  4. This. I also feel negative about the takeover, but I certainly do not support the PL and their gangs (i.e Bein Jacobs) and take pleasure in any negative news. Unlike some people in this board seems to do.
  5. Yep. He is the biggest troll. He must trolling us all with this CAT and arbitration thing. What will happen imho.... after some months without any real progress he will come out and say, "Ha ha, got you sucker... ". He is such a good troll that he's ready to loose money to paid lawyers just to troll NUFC fans. Ashley the biggest troll ever.
  6. One of few good DM NUFC ever had.
  7. The can getting kicked. At least if the takeover is off, we could go on with our live.
  8. MIKE ASHLEY believes he is about to be given the green light to finally complete his £300million sale of Newcastle. A little bit of positivity Yes it's the Sun so can't always take it at face value but... it is positive. Add Football Insider info a few days ago, there you have it... positivity.
  9. Well I dont know how the corrupt british legal system work, but it usually take 2 weeks before a decision about CAT jurisdiction to be decided. Then the next process should start immediately. But... with how corrupt british people turn out to be, I firmly in negative camp about the takeover. The PL will have their way to delay the takeover even more...
  10. 11 June for the PL to submit their proofs to challenge CAT jurisdiction.
  11. https://www.transferleague.co.uk/manchester-united/english-football-teams/manchester-united-transfers No Fanny, they only spent 145m and sold their player for 79.5m for net total spent 65m.
  12. That the cost of their current squad. Not current spending. Their fans want their club to outspend everybody every single season. And the fact that in the last 3 seasons they have been outspent by even the like of Tottenham and Sheffield make them angry toward the Glazers. And the condition of old trafford too. The rat infested theater of "dream"
  13. Net Spend Transfer spending 1 sec googling got you that.
  14. This. The statement that manure fans protested against the ESL for the good of the game is a big pile of bullshit. They protested against their owner because their owner dont spend enough (a huge amount of) money. If their owner outspend Man City or Chelsea, they would be happily support ESL.
  15. Dickhead? No, but vain, arrogant, and self entitled. And yes all clubs have their share of fans like that. But manure fans usually take the lion share of vain and arrogant fans.
  16. The most vain group of supporters that I ever met usually are manure fans. Manchester City or Chelsea fans don't even came close.
  17. Me me me! From the CAT site: 6 to 9 months usually for a cese to be completed. Ashley filed the case in May, so the earliest the case could be completed is November the latest is Februari 2022. It match the tweet. But.... The British legal system is bent, the PL undoubtly have the judges in their pocket. No hope for NUFC. Repeat after me... "Ashley is here forever"
  18. The British legal system is bent. The Saudi has walked away long time ago. All this CAT and arbitration thing is just a "play" to enable Mike Ashley lies about the upcoming transfer window. Just lock the thread already. Now, take a deep breath and repeat this mantra: "Ashley is here forever"
  19. So, when the poll for next season relegation battle open?
  20. veriaqa

    Sunderland

Hope they nose dive to L2 next season.
  21. Up to this point, I was positive about the takeover. But in the light of this new information, count me as negativist now. I had high hope in British legal system for being clean and fair, but now all hope is lost.
  22. I bet. But thing like this Corruption Perception Index and other things like that makes me, a naive brown man, think that European gov and legal system is super clean.
