  1. Caulkin did a Pod on the Tyne reaction episode to the 2-2 Everton result back in January, said he was in the away end going absolutely mental when the second goal went in. He's definitely a Newcastle fan
  2. Aw s***, forgot about that Who were the board at that point? Ashley, McLaren and Moncur or something? McClaren, Carr, Moncur and Charnley. How long did the board of directors even last for? Until McClaren was sacked?
  3. https://twitter.com/AmandaStaveley2/status/1255462636461985792 Aye. Definitely her. Joined April 2020. The bio man ffs Definitely legit and she's explained the reason for a delay.. https://twitter.com/AmandaStaveley2/status/1255464504676225024?s=20 Great way to endear yourself to a new owner, by setting up a parody twitter account that tweets anti-trans jokes
  4. There’s a championship team that has an IT guy that is on a higher salary than Charnley I know it's true but that sounds like a lie that the IT guy from The Office would come up with "Oi, no professionals"
  5. https://twitter.com/AmandaStaveley2/status/1255462636461985792 Aye. Definitely her.
  6. What? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2212704/Newcastle-United-superhero-Whey-Aye-Man.html I know its the mail but... Christ how did I forget this fucking embarrassing
  7. Spurs fans that I know were fucking furious when he was sacked like.
  8. I believe this was made by mrmojorisin75[/member]
  9. The one in Heaton? My mate swears by it, but I haven't tried it yet as I always go to Uno's for banging takeaway pizza. Yep ; Lamb shish , jockeys whips , onion rings , 2 cans of coke ( recommended ) enjoy One of the reasons I haven't tried Adana yet is their lack of decent veggie options

  11. https://henrymauriss.brandyourself.com/ Looks like his website cost about £3.50 to put together, I highly doubt he's got £350m
  12. There are no words to describe how I feel when I look at that. Same here. Thankfully there's an emoji. :anguish:
  13. I hope each and every last one of those Sports Direct staff members tell him to go and fuck himself, the fucking leech
  14. It's so s*** it's good Is the "cans" thing a new phenomenon or has it been around a while? I've never heard it before. Haven't been much to celebrate for us for quite a while though, I guess. That Geordie Dentist bloke started it during the failed BZG takeover saga last year.
  15. Saudis are purchasing Norwich instead. The plane brought Delia up to Newcastle, as she's going to buy Newcastle from Ashley. I heard LET'S BE HAVING YOU! clear as day as the plane flew over Heaton. Either that or it's unrelated to the takeover.
  16. I saw that too, what the fuck? The Comical at it again
  17. Wonderful post. Puts my thoughts into words better than I ever could.
  18. Aye it’s good news hey. You think they have people lined up in place to come straight in? DoF, manager etc? Wonder where they will go first. Looking forward to hearing their plans. I can't wait man. I'm sure they have people in mind, although it maybe won't all fall into place straight away. With Cabbage Heed having until the end of the season (who knows when that'll even be) they'll have a bit of time to solidify things. The next few months should be very exciting. I would love to see the club go from the mess it's currently in to a well run outfit with a board, a director of football, a top manager, some (sensible) marquee signings, a great scouting network, an academy that churns out top talent and a training ground worthy of a premier league team (so no wheelie bins or paddling pools). That and the fact that there's a real opportunity for the owners to breathe new life into the area as a whole makes this an absolute no-brainer for me. Totally agree with you. I think there will be a constant stream of positive news from the off, plenty of information/interaction and things moving forward. Going to be unreal reading about it all. 100%. I took out a year's subscription with The Athletic a few days ago in anticipation of their coverage of the new owners as I'm guessing with Caulkin being friendly with Staveley he'll likely get an interview with her. Caulkin writing about a new, rejuvenated, ambitious NUFC should be great to read. I'm checking this thread, the Reddit takeover megathread and twitter (not that checking the NUFC hashtag on twitter does much good) constantly as for the first time in 13 years I'm daring to dream again. The wait for an announcement is driving me mad
