Start booking and sending players off for dissent would, of course, be the right course of action. If a club does it more than x times they get fined. If you get fined x then further sanctions.

The only real chance of a takeover is if we go down and if AS wins her court case and had the money to go 50/50 on a relegated club with the young rueben. She’s by far the most invested party in all this but currently doesn’t have the funds to support a prem club.

 

It certainly won’t be Saudi if we go down or even if we stay up. Think that ship has sailed and all this is about compo for Ashley. Everything else is just smokescreens to keep the fans off Ashley’s back.

Like you say, I don't think it's unreasonable in these uncertain times that extra available capital for a risky venture like buying NUFC would be more than a welcome to help. However, I think the negative outcome of the case would matter more now than it did before in the current economic climate.

Yep. But in terms of what does it mean for a takeover in terms of happening /not happening its completely irrelevant. And it's not happening anyway.
