If these clubs don’t get punished then no clubs should ever again face point deductions for going into administration because, ‘it was the owners, not the club’s fault’.
Nothing at all will happen to them.

Edwards credited Bruce with this victory yet?

Just watched the Klopp rant on Neville And the reception his team received. He somehow he also bigged up the owners. I don't know man. That was really unnecessary. That is how the whole footballing world feels towards your club now so get used to it. Getting all riled up about YNWA with Gary Neville ffs.
He was like the bloke caught doing 130mph on the motorway telling the arresting officer he should be out catching the "real criminals".

I don’t know how Klopp can say he feels responsible for the team when the owners clearly don’t respect him enough to consult him over this.
Agree with you there. Klopp going on like this is a problem of Neville's making.

Liverpool's owners are trying to rip up English and European football and Jurgen Klopp wants us to feel sorry for his players cos someone left some shirts in their dressing room. Boo fucking hoo

That’s not the club manager’s fault or the players to be fair but there needs to be a seismic transfer request or resignation of a manager for them to really throw their weight behind it and nail their colours to the mast.
He's the figurehead of the club. There's no reason for him to go in on Neville there other than to avoid questioning about himself and his detailed thoughts on this proposal. All that shit about disrespecting a fucking song man, its pathetic.
If he has a problem with it he should take it up with his employers, not those asking the pertinent questions.

Klopp going for Neville is quite amusing like. And he’s right in so much that it’s not his or his players fault that this decision has been made without his consultation and it’s a bit unfair throwing him and his team under the bus.
Have the clubs offered to put the decision makers up to answer questions? Have they fuck.

Credit to Milner for speaking up, i assume his contract is up in the summer? Would be good to see some players with longer term deals at these clubs speak out.

After they stood by him when he spat at that kid too.

Of course not, but the Trust's proposal isn't the significant fan ownership and control that we really need. It's just something they think is achievable.
Assumed not obviously, but wasn't sure of the point being made in that case. Cheers for clarifying.

This Super League bollocks highlights the value of this kind of approach. Honestly I'd prefer the scenario of the club tumbling down the divisions and getting a substantial stake.
Would the proposed model have allowed the Trust to veto our involvement in this? Not that we'd ever get there under Ashley obviously.

There's a certain irony in all the journalists from The Athletic complaining about a mass exodus to a better paying, shiny new product.

Bluff called. Time to kick them out domestically. No half measures.

I’m surprised to see the politicians come out so strongly though.
Local elections coming up mate and they've just had to have an unplanned week off campaigning.

according to reports the 12 clubs involved in this didn't respond to the ECA calling an emergency meeting which is even worse because Agnelli (juve chairman) is the chairman of the ECA
Not for long he won't be.

It doesn’t matter if they back peddle now, I think they should be chucked out. Enough is enough, fed up of this shit happening every time the TV contract comes up for renewal and they want more money. They should have been thrown out in October when they tried to steal the whole of English football.
No chance they are throwing them out if it doesn't happen.

Hopefully the clubs involved will be backpedaling like fuck.
Yeah. Just to be clear, i was answering what do we expect it to be - delayed - not saying that it had been.

@Joey Linton Your position as of about 10 days ago was that this is a fakeover, PIF aren't interested in buying the club anymore, Ghodoussi's tweets are about Everton and the arbitration case is an excuse to have some tea and dry biscuits? Is this still your take?
My position is that the takeover with the parties who were in talks (basically PIF) is no longer an option and won't be happening. Don't think I've ever mentioned Everton or tea and biscuits though.

Have none of them noticed that almost every game this season between the "big" clubs has been absolutely shit?
Sky never say "well that was shit" though. The most depressing thing is people will pay for it on top of paying for everything else.

Poorly coached and managed, but I'm not sure he's very good anyway. Wonder if they want him back.

You said i never post in this thread, i pointed out that my last posts on here before today were on this very thread. Posting a meme won't correct your mistake. Happy to leave it at that though, don't want you derailing this thread with personal attacks on me which is what you did.
Enjoy your evening.
