Worrying about things that haven't happened yet is pointless. Enjoy what you have now and face it if/when it happens. -

Okay I found it, calling Elanga a hit without kicking a ball seems a bit much but i'll allow it. -

Similar aye but it showed the top 10 on Transfermarkt, but anyway point stands. I know fuck all because I haven't watched for years and just decided randomly to start reading the board again after posting a bit in the gaming section but my limited understanding is they rarely miss so aye probably should just follow them like sheep tbh. -

I saw a post on twitter, can't remember who from showing the top 10 most expensive signings and apparently all of them were hits. Under that scenario I would just trust them with whatever they want to do tbh -
Just when I thought him sucking Kojima off was enough, he's got his own airport too?

I thought the same when I looked up what positions he plays, I guess there's a possibility his skill set leads the coaching staff to believe he could play other positions but I don't think he has so far. I swear this mf place is gonna get me watching again

The thing is, that's how you progress. Starters become less important and so on. If the club has the ambition that they seem to have then nobody will be exempt from this. -
The food however can go in my mouth.

That was one of the instances that I was thinking about ngl

I have to say, coming from a time where Ryder was known as a window licker (probably still is mind) to actually reporting some decent information this summer is fucking hilarious to me.

I think people's memories are fucking with them tbh, I remember much worse offenses in the fat sports direct cunt era of time taken from fee agreed to deal announced. This seems somewhat normal pacing so far.

Shooter McGavin is an all timer of a name mind. And I'm an all timer of a npw.

It was more like, I've got nothing to lose let's go down swinging

I can't comment, we traded away our draft pick because we're a bunch of fucktards.

It's okay, I'm sure Mike Brown will make you want some more real quick.

His profile says he works for Sky and considering his location is Munich i'm assuming it's Sky Germany he works for.

I've watched a few extended highlights since I started reading the board again and I get the impression that low block isn't the issue so much as it is the ability to maintain pressure. There's been quite a few games I watched where there was an inability to do that at times and attacks kinda petered out. While I know nothing about this lad I'm sure he's not the only area being targeted. I will say regarding the maintaining pressure point, I read Trafford is good with the ball at his feet so signing him and a defender who is mobile and can break lines of defense will also help achieve this. Reading through what everyone is saying it would be nice if the winger signed is more technically sound, but I get the impression it might not matter anyway. Granted I know very little as I haven't watched much, but just saying a few things based on what I noticed.

Well yes But also I think it triggered memories of getting into arguments with people and then going "what do you know? He actually played the game" I imagine Eddie is much smarter than those people mind given his success.
-
That's fine, I think we can all concede that. But I think there's a line between the manager knows more and boiling it down to something so cut and dry. Just don't think it adds much personally, because if you applied to every discussion it would get boring very, very quickly.
-
Why not say that then? I don't see the point in what value "Eddie likes him" adds to be honest. I haven't watched him so idk, but I would assume if you've qualified for the CL you would be targeting a higher standard of player than one who is available for free. Like giving actual reasons why you think it makes sense is fair enough but boiling it down to the manager likes him so who cares defeats the point of this whole thing.
