  1. That’s not bad tbh
  2. So we offer £50m now to get him early
  3. This must really be infuriating Castore ????
  4. With it being a none PIF club I think we will get £25+
  5. He goes in the summer when Minteh returns
  6. Good business for miggy TBH, 2.5 years left on his contract so saving just over £7m there and a transfer fee of £15-20m, along with Manquillo‘s £900k saved, should give us the ability to spend in the region of £35m on a player and £100-110k a week in wages, if tripps also goes that ability changes to a £40-50m player and a £20m player
  7. Happy with that, means a replacement comes in and gets rid when he’s on the higher end of value, I’m sure that they we try to say FMV is only around the £15-10m mark
  8. Is that not just the local press being lazy though
  9. Absolutely this, I don’t get why people are finding it so hard to understand
  10. £13m means we can make a signing of £35m+
  11. Wont have a choice in the matter, if we move, we move. Really think people are gonna choose not to go because we may move stadium.
  12. One of the Vermont club
  13. Stadium investment and construction doesn’t effect FFP, what does is interest payments on the loans used to build them, super rich owners that can pay for the stadium outright won’t run into the same problem with interest payments that Everton have.
  14. Yeah I call bullshit on that one
  15. If we were to sell trips with 18 months left on his contract(as long as there is no clause to pay him a portion if we sell him) we would save over £9m plus what ever fee we get for him (still just over £4m to amortise), so say we get £8m for him that would give us £10m to play with in amortisation and wages in this financial period
  16. Call bullshit on that one, both together are worth far more than trips
  17. Do people really believe that bloke, he got lucky once, he’s a bit like that idiot Casey

How to let everyone know that you know fuck all about football, without actually saying “I know fuck all about football”
  19. So, that should give us around an extra £15m in the summer and about £20m if we can also offload the dead wood.
  20. If so that’s even better for us, as if your figures are right it might be closer to £16m saved per season for the OOC players
  21. But they still have to pay the wages in that accounting period, so even with the out of contracts that saves us almost £11m per year
  22. Here, I’m more inclined to believe the lower figures, especially considering who our previous owner was https://www.spotrac.com/epl/newcastle-united-fc/harvey-barnes-24257/
