We've had poor runs under Howe in the past and once he gets a spell on the training pitch he sorts it out.
Unfortunately our next 4 games are away from home, we still play a game every 4 days for the foreseeable and our next break will be the international break when most of our players leave.
We are not set up to play in Europe and wont make it there next season, which will give them the excuse that we can't spend as much as we want cos we dont have Champions League money.
‘An extraordinary window’ - David Hopkinson
“Let me tell you, this was an extraordinary transfer window in terms of activity,” the Canadian told talkSPORT. “We have an amazing sporting director in Ross Wilson. He’s been my first call in the morning and last call at night every day this month.
“The activity has been incredibly high. We didn’t find the right opportunity for an acquisition but we had the room to do so.”
The lack of transfer activity in January will cost Howe his job, we look stale. run down and out of ideas, a couple of transfers would have freshened things up.
I wonder if they are planning for life after Howe, Luis Enrique maybe ?
I think Howe is such an honorable bloke he might just walk, his interview tonight felt like hes not enjoying it anymore, personally I think hes been let down by PIF
