Entitled to your opinion, I disagree that he was happy today mind. We will see though what happens, if he stays or goes
-
They've been back two weeks, probably had numerous discussions in that time and it looks like he is still not convinced about things. I originally thought it maybe a power play for transfers, but after watching the longer interview he did, it's obviously not just that. Will the owners and high level staff be happy with his comments today, again I'm not so sure they will be. Howe may also feel he could be left in no man's land if we don't have the best of starts and is replaced, whereas he will probably get four years if he moves to the England position. We don't need this running into the season and a decision on both sides needs to be made in the next couple of weeks.

Used to have to buy their own strips did they not?
-
We signed Bruno, Botman, Isac and Tonali so that is just a load of shit.
-
Seems to me he's just pushing the owners to make the right choices in the transfer market, which is what we all want. Of course the fannies won't see it that way. Oddbod wants to fuck off also, I don't know who the fuck he thinks he is.
-
I would imagine there are still a couple to come in also with the amount of players released?
-
As you said we'll see, I predict a domino effect occurring. PIF are letting city fight this case (I'm quite sure they have worked with City) on this. Back to transfers now, which I have no interest in on this thread, as it's just full of bullshit rumours
-
Yet that will be coming also.
-
If it's with the agreement with the players then I presume yes. Again these are rules not laws and that's the point what's not getting through to you. This is the reason City are challenging, because they are stating the 'rules' go against what is in the 'law'. Any rule must be inline with what is in law and that's why the case went ahead
-
It's obviously been agreed with the unions that's why. As for your second point in every single industry, there are global individual businesses who are allowed to invest into their business as they seem fit and as a result are leaders in their individual market. It's always been that way and that won't change. Let's just see what happens
-
Not surprised he's saying that, he is totally anti Newcastle and often has negative input about us
-
Definitely if they do lose the case.
-
That's employment law, nothing to do with competition law. The salary cap has obviously been agreed with unions. No the Premier League brought in a rule not a law. That rule has to match up with what is actually in British law. Man City have taken a case to state this is not the case. You seem to be getting confused that the Premier League rules are law and they most certainly are not. That's why it's being challenged
-
You're not getting it, currently us and City are being stopped from doing deals because they are associated parties. Rules that were only brought in as a direct result of our takeover to stop accepted business practices. Stagecoach were stopped as a result of affecting other companies business and these rules were brought in directly to stop our business also. You can't do that in this countries competition laws and there is nothing relating to associated party deals for other 'normal' businesses either as I stated.
-
Normal businesses don't stop sponsoring or commercial deals, and don't have the people wanting to do these deals, having to justify the money they are wanting to invest. Total restraint of trade and anti-competitive. We will see what happens though, but I'll be very surprised if City don't win their case. If they don't then I'm pretty sure that City will take it further as already mentioned above
-
City have stated the rules are anti-competitive. So it's measuring the Premier League rules against British competition law
-
This is a case against British competition law and I'm sorry he won't have a scoobie on what legal arguments are being raised by either side. Same people were saying the same shit during our takeover
-
Should be as it's totally anti-competitive and a restraint of trade. We will see though.
-
Let's see what happens with the City APT case first with regards to this. If city win you're talking about opening the entire gulf region in terms of sponsorship and at increased rates
-
Classed as a genius and big influence in songwriting terms, a multitude of big name artists have covered his stuff

Totally broken they are. They're going off one article which is a lazy attempt at guessing what AS next steps may be (despite it being totally obvious she left because she was financially unable to keep up with her share of payments, which would have resulted in her shares being untimely fully diluted). Conveniently ignoring the Chairman (PIF's main representative), our CEO and new Sports Director comments in the last few days. The best thing, is that the total faux outrage has totally disappeared (Roker Mackem ) and their true feelings are fully on display. They will be looking on here to see our reaction, so a little message to the inbred cunts, it's going to get a lot worse
-
Of course it is, we all knew that. They're really starting to get totally desperate now and are grasping at anything, to create a mass amount of posts with nonsensical rabid ramblings . As always they will be sulking again in a short while when the transfers start coming in, sponsorship deals announced and news of the stadium emerges. Someone should post the chairman's statement from earlier this week and post the Eales and Mitchell videos. I've never seen a more broken set of people than those lot and we're still really at the start of the process, fuck me with what they are going to be like as we progress even further
-
I see they're still trying to justify mega fees for their 16th placed lower division team
