They weren't breaking the British transfer record to supplement Ekitike or replace Darwin Nuñez, this has been an unmitigated disaster for them and there's very little Isak can do to change that if he's even motivated enough to try. If and when he starts notching up a few goals here and there the dipper fluffers in the media will no doubt be wanking themselves into a stupor about it.
