Yeap I feel its just the end of the road for us and this takeover has happened a season too late. Go down and build back better
-
He's also a die hard manure fan born and bred so would take some getting away for him. Getting rid with 6 months left only benefits the club financially I'm sure he won't mind going for a free in summer

My 90 year old nana is available if you are looking for a gayle upgrade

Totally this is How's 7th game in charge and he's played 3 of the top 4. It's a shame those 3 home games came in the first 4 games cause of they came in the last 4 of the 7 I think we would have done better. -

12-0 to city with the chuckle brothers at cb -
At the end of the season I won't be looking back at last night and crying. I will be looking at dropping 2 points to Brent Ford and the same to Norwich. Giving that pen to Southampton in the last minute and dropping 2 points then. It's just what happens when you are at the bottom and the same the other way when you are at the top

We have conceded 6 penalties this season and lascelles has given away 3 of them. And he nearly gave another one away last night. Says it all. Overall we never expected to win last night and the fact we were kind of still in the game after 85 minutes is a positive since we all thought it would be a cricket score I'm quite pleased nothing lost nothing gained. ASM is starting to grind on me he's not a team player. Fraser played well I thought, Joelinton a work horse but maybe kept hold of the ball for too long sometimes during pools press. Shelvey at least putting in an extra 50% and has some class just need a better cm along side him. Top of the shopping list: 2 cbs 1 fullback who can play both sides like trippier 1 Cm 1 attacking mid 1 striker That's 6 players in Jan for me
-
I'm sick of asm moaning yeah you are one of the better players in the team but if he was that good he'd have the best teams chasing him which says it all
-
Lewis just couldn't be arsed with chasing salah for 80 minutes
-
Stop the game now there's a pandemic going on ffs!
-
Nice one jonjo!

Imagine if tonights game got called off then the next time we played Liverpool we had the best 11 in Europe. Would be pretty funny
-
Found to be responsible for 41 deaths as well that game such a shame like
-
My dad used to take me and my bro we were like 5 and 7 at the time it would be great to have something like that available again
-
It's in news today medical advisors calling for it
-
They aren't though hence why they couldn't null and void the season last time they had to play it out a season can't not be finished and if they did do that it would be a massive legal case.
-
Don't see that happening all they could do is postpone the January transfer window but don't see that happening either as it will be against the clock for players with 6 months left on their contract
-
Why? As last time showed the season has to be played out regardless for contractual reasons. Any break will only benefit us by getting us into January and improve our squad. Also as bad as it sounds covid cripples clubs financially and we are flush so can only work in our benefit in this dog eat dog environment against us
-
Yeap they are talking about a 10 day circuit breaker lockdown I wouldnt be surprised if season has a winter break whilst they also bring in a vaccination policy for players.

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/newcastle-united-major-boost-worth-22460356 Well the Liverpool echo isn't reporting it as bad for Newcastle if anything they are reporting it as a danger to Liverpool. 'But should Newcastle remain in English football's top tier then the new ruling does provide PIF with a platform to challenge the domination of the so-called 'big six' in years to come. In order to achieve that goal they need commercial revenues to be raised significantly, and being able to strike generous deals, albeit at 'fair market value' means that a whole host of new partners will likely come on board from industries that may not have previously been involved' Sounds like theres no stopping it, you cant have a sponsor for 40m, OK we will have 2 at 20m then how's that? Yeah that's fine mate
-
Maybe but there would be hell on if that happened.
-
Didn't howe sign him at Burnley? I see this really coming to fruition as there's traction from all angles it seems
-
Lamptey is very injury prone we'd still need another rb
-
It would be interesting to see what the government think when our trade partners saudi are trying to to fund a British business with sponsorship but it's being blocked or reduced. Smoke and mirrors just like the takeover I don't see it being stopped in the end and the big clubs will pave the way with regards to rules. The papers say the same size deals as Everton and Leeds etc I'd love to know who has quoted this in any rules etc and who has determined who is the same size as who in this whole situation. Also how would this work if we get relegated and sign massive deals in the championship, will they go to all this trouble knowing we won't be their problem in a year's time
