CB in for Lascelles LB in for Ritchie RB in for Krafth ST in for Joelinton DM in to add some defensive quality to that midfield These are priorities in January IMO.
-
Lascelles is a shocking defender and captain. If he's not replaced in January along with the fullbacks, this team has no chance of survival

Imagine MBS taking time off his schedule to actually 'give an order' on something football-related. He never got involved directly in Uber, Lucid and a host of mega PIF investments. But hey, he will sign that royal decree to bring Mbappe and Haaland to Newcastle United.

Yeah Rangnick is a power freak and I will be excited to watch him vs. Ronaldo
-
I just hope whoever is appointed as DoF don't believe in this myth that non-EPL players cannot settle in quickly. There are so many great talented players one can get from other European Leagues.
-
What a joy to watch. Should've got his game winning assist if it wasn't for that embarrassing meme-material fall by Joelinton.
-
It would have been a win if it was Dubravka in goal instead of Darlow. Darlow is shockingly dodgy. It's a positive performance all around nonetheless. The results will eventually come with some minor fixes hopefully before Norwich and Burnley.

LCFC are getting hammered by Chelsea 0-3 on their own turf. I guess Greame Jones = Brenden Rodgers

Shearer, Solano and Robert.

Agreed. But if any that article was in fact a counterpropaganda.

A fortnight ago I tried to briefly explain the geopolitics of the Gulf region but failed due to the lack of journalistic writing skills on my part. This article is just extremely heartwarming and is filled with facts some of you could be reading for the first time. These facts are well-known in the Middle East but are distorted by the Giant Qatari media when it's reported in the west. It's worth noting that the Qataris are not just the owners of AlJazeera Media Network (including BeIN) but also a host of western-based news organizations that specialize in Middle East-related news. The Qatari media empire built over the past two decades is certainly one of the greatest achievements of any middle eastern state.

From someone who's not a lifelong NUFC fan, I don't like any of these badges tbh. I think there is a chance to produce a new badge that combine modernity (80's) with classical (current one).

Rangnick is a power freak though. He'll ask for Howe to be sacked in no time and put himself or one of his prodigies in there.

I haven't followed the takeover proceedings but PIF is owned wholly by the Government of Saudi Arabia, it's a well-known fact. I have no idea how the PL proved otherwise As for Aramco's ownership, as far as I know, its 98% ownership was transferred to be directly under PIF 3-4 years ago. Maybe there were changes later that I didn't update myself with.
-
If regulations prevent a PIF-owned company from sponsoring Newcastle Utd then Aramco is more likely than Qiddiya and NEOM. NEOM and Qiddiya are %100 owned by PIF. Aramco is 98% owned by PIF. Maybe eventually Saudia will be the sponsor but it's owned by the state which also "own" PIF You can bet PL will challenge the legality of any potential sponsorship deal.

You guys just don't understand the cringe levels for me as a Saudi watching these Alwaleed videos. He's a complete tool. But in all fairness, Steve and Alwaleed look like a perfect couple. Cringiest of both worlds.
-
Qiddiya and NEOM are ongoing mega city projects for the future unlike already established giants such as Aramco and Saudia. The latter two wouldn't risk their brands to be associated with a club still in progress which could end up in the championship come next season. Also, big chunk of Qiddiya and NEOM project budgets are allocated for marketing which will make them easier and more flexible to deal with in the short term.

This will be a tricky game, Brentford will be up for it. Nothing's more exciting for a small club like Brentford than beating the "richest" club the world in their sold-out stadium. I trust Howe, as he alluded to in his interviews, will try to take the pressure off the players by going full on attack from the get go to score an early goal. After that, it will be up to the players to manage their energy and concentration levels throughout the game while they have the score advantage. I predict a 2-1 win.
-
I watched the Italy-Swiss game last night. Fabian was absolute class. It is really confusing how Graeme Jones decided to bench him for his 3 games in charge!
-
Qiddiya to become the shirt sponsor and NEOM the stadium sponsor.
-
Mahrez is 30 years old though. I don't think he would reject one last juicy paycheck.
-
I heard there is a friction between Riyad Mahrez and Guardiola, would love to see him on a 6 months loan deal with an option to buy in the summer.
-
Could be the case, even if there were some exceptions to the rule over the past few years. I just hope the transfer market strategy will be a mixture of signing proven EPL players and big talents from abroad.
-
Yes. Brilliant player.
