I don’t have time for the pie thing Fak

Fair dos - I think the strategic approach has been poor so far, and the season starts next week. Howe said he wanted new players in fast at the end of last season - there’s a lot of points to play for before the window closes. Time yet, but so far it’s been pretty shite.

We’ve outbid Man Utd and apparently offered similar wages here - this isn’t a PSR issue

That’s how KK got Hall to sanction signing Beardsley back -
Leipzig hasn’t yet accepted either bid - the club has to agree to a sale before anyone is getting on a plane

Bidding war time - except I don’t think we do bidding wars

Got you - that would be a pain in the arse, tbf

I’ve no idea why anyone thinks having a stroppy Isak stinking the place out for a season would be a good thing beyond being a ‘flex’. Bollocks to that, get the correct money for the cunt from whoever is willing to drop it and onwards and upwards. I’ve faith that Howe will target the right replacements (provided the club can actually remember how to sign players).

Sounds like it up until the last one if we’ve given them an ultimatum

A midlander isn’t a thing. A southerner is. If you’re from south of the Tees you’re a southerner as far as I’m concerned

He went to Italy ‘90 as a penalty specialist, which made it all the more entertaining when he remained on the bench while Shilton fell slowly sideways for every German penalty -
