We are a decent striker away from competing at the higher end and our football is good, but he also has 10 points from 11 games. His in-game tactical decisions are shite, None of his subs ever impact games and we massively struggle to adapt unless Plan A is going well. Right timing for me, If he stayed we would just be solidifying another season in the Championship and not threatening the playoffs. We are relatively safe this season from any threat of relegation so why not take a punt on a manager that could put a run together and fits in with your 'longer term' vision.
