judging from train ticket prices in WCML on the Sat most (of the local fans) will just be going down on the day. They have in my experience as many day trippers as Man U although not sure how many of the Paignton and Surrey reds will get tickets for this.

disagree. This is social media imho. our fans are the much the same as any id imagine. I do know that lads I’ve met following Newcastle have become some of my best pals - going to inter away or Bruges and wondering round these foreign city squares and bumping into more so many familiar faces was like walking down Percy street or a pub crawl down shields road, wallsend high st. Football has changed and recent success has changed our fan base / attractiveness to fkin SM clowns and hangers on. But most of the lads snd lasses who’ve been with us through thick and thin are good crack.

I think all pubs within a mile of Wembley are prohibited from showing the game and are banned from selling peeve an hour before until an hour after. Unless things have changed - this came in after the Euro's fiasco in an attempt to stop fans without tickets congregating around Wembley. If I didn't have aticket I'd go round baker street or kings cross both be full of Geordies

Marleybone is good an dquick overground train to wembley not far from baker street either

@SteVis right there would be uproar but I think it’s only fair to reward recent loyalty . I say this as someone who has over 400 but due to family commitments can’t go every away like I used to when I was younger. id make them drop off after x years (maybe 5). Man U do this iirc

it’s also what happened to loads of younger lads I know of who went everywhere away but didn’t hold STs. Obviously they were using other people’s access but it was a subculture within our support that everyone tolerated until we became (sort of) successful
