Eddie typically likes young players he can improve and develop,so would trust him completely with transfers for now and the future. Before Ashworth came his signings were good and kept us up Mitchell from the eord ho was a No for me. Came in and had a go and Eddie's body language whenever his name was mentioned said it all.

Howe did great with the transfers in when there was no sporting director.IMO we don't need one ,just a good chief scout with a good network.

Eddie always liked Calvert Lewin.can maybe see that if he is medically fit

I think everyone can see now why Eddie didn't take the Celtic job without JT ,Steve Purchess and Simon Weatherstone.when Eddie says their a management team he means it.

He doesn't like being front and centre and it was great to hear the fans sing MAD Dog we love you today. Himself and Eddie are very different but yet 1 in the way they think and want the game to be played.

Steve purchess was JTs number 2 at Bournemouth and there great friends. But Graham Jones will.probably step in (he was also at Bournemouth with JT.)

Jt and Eddie really work so well together and the club are lucky to have them.Had JTs not said No to Glasgow we wouldn't have had them here.
