  1. We complain about the atmosphere at SJP, but that was the worst I’ve heard in a long time. Our lot seemed in good voice mind

    Fabian Schär

Schar plays like he thinks he's Beckenbauer sometimes - very casual which often leads to being caught in possession or misplacing passes.
  3. Just as we are building a bit of positive momentum you piss on our chips...
  4. Crossing was poor - kept hitting the first man

Probably the most fighting I’ve seen at a match. So many proper radgies made the trip - Spurs fans scattered everywhere

    Match Atmosphere

Following Newcastle home and away down the years and being part of such a loyal, passionate fan base was a source of great pride. Aside from the odd game eg Arsenal SF and PSG (no chance of getting an away ticket) I just don’t get that anymore. I was at Man City away in the home end and I think I heard our fans 2/3 times properly over 90 minutes. Like others, whilst I’ll hope for the best on the pitch, I fear for what will, or rather won’t, happen off the pitch.

Apart from the score and players sent off I was spot on. I remember getting leathered in some WMC near the ground then getting confronted by some Derby fans. Got my false glasses out sharpish.
  8. Stayed in Camden for a couple of nights last week. Quite a happening place with some good boozers including a huge Spoons.

Probably covered already but the season when we lost 4-2 at Derby (can’t remember the year) and down to 9 men was superb with that match standing out for completely defiant support. Other stand out game was Spurs away in the cup in 1987. Brian Moore mentions the away support on the highlights. It could have been a Hilsborough mind - far too many in the paddocks.
  10. I think the new owners missed a trick by not recognising those who were members prior to the takeover who perhaps should have been offered some form of 'enhanced membership' which doesn't have the same status as a STH, but provides a better chance of securing tickets than a scouse twat who can't get a ticket in the away end.
