Spurs have the 17th worst home form this season in the league, picking up 10 points from 12 home games. We have the 16th worst away form this season in the league, picking up 10 points from 12 away games. It could go either way.

We have played terrible football for 90% of the season, we don’t need xG to tell us that.
-
If anyone offers £100 million for him then we would be crazy not to sell.
-
In theory we could get another player for the same few as we paid for Wolt as the annual amortisation would be the same as it is now, only with an extra payment to be made in the final year. So no impact to what has been budgeted so far.
-
Why don’t you think it will be much?
-
We will free up funds as we won’t have to budget for his fee going forward.
-
Is it that the strikers are not good enough or that Howe cannot get the best out of them, and that the continued drop off as the season has progressed has impacted pretty much every players performances? of the summer signings, Woltemade and Thiaw looked stand out signings at the beginning of the season but both have regressed massively and fallen to the level of the rest of them.
-
We will because some of our better players will have their heads turned by offers coming in for them, which will free up money for an overhaul.

I think he would be better than what we have seen this season. Considering the players they have lost this season, including 4 of their starting back 5, they still play quality football. I think he is destined for a top club, and if Howe can’t turn this around then there is no reason not to go for him.
-
If he can’t cope with the fixtures of Champions League football then it is hard to argue that he is a Champions League level manager.
-
Iraola would be my choice, I can see him making the step up to Man City or Liverpool eventually.
-
He should have the rest of this season without any threat to his role but if we finish outside of the European spots then I wouldn’t be against the club looking elsewhere, especially if the remaining 14 league games follow the previous 24 games, which have been painful outside of the odd game here and there. This isn’t even a transitional season, it is a season where he purchased players that either don’t fit in our system or that he thought had potential and it hasn’t materialised, so it could be another summer rebuild if he stays. Hopefully he can put a run together to turn it around, but I’m not sure he will this time.

Bristol City would sell Sinclair Armstrong for under half of that, and he is both stronger and quicker than Osula, whilst being equally as erratic in front of goal.
-
That was the first of 4 league games we should be winning, so it gives him time to turn around performances, as we should be beating the likes of Burnley and Wolves on individual ability alone.
-
I didn’t see any grit, we were carved open time after time in the second half and it was only due to lack of quality on their part that we didn’t concede.
-
Burnley are comically bad at times, proper slapstick stuff. We are a couple of levels above these all over the pitch, we need to shut this lot down and take control of the game.

James Trafford and Leif Davis signing in January and Ross Wilson leaving in June.

You have to look at potential and what a particular manager has achieved with the resources they have, then judge if they can make the step up and push on when they have more resources available to them. Which is what we did with Howe, who in his last season at Bournemouth finished with 10 points less than we did with Bruce that season, but the club could see beyond that and the relegation and seen the potential he had. I don’t think it is a case of Glasner being better than Howe on paper, the thought process should be as follows… • Does the club believe that Howe can take us to the next level? • If not, do they think that Glasner can potentially take us to the next level given the resources he will have available to him? If they think that Howe can’t take us to the next level, then they have to roll the dice on on potential if the proven manager isn’t available, as it doesn’t benefit anyone if Howe is a dead man walking while we wait for the right candidate becomes available, and it certainly doesn’t show Howe the level of respect he deserves.
-
If he wanted a creative midfielder he would of signed one in previous windows when he has the autonomy to do so, he prefers high work rate midfielders.
-
We can still bank it with the league can’t we? Just not with UEFA if we qualify for Europe, but we will only be fined if we go over with them.
-
Mitchell clearly left at a time to cause maximum disruption, I’m not sure if he is even working now or not. I think he was going to make a move to replace Howe if we failed to qualify for Champions League and when that didn’t happen, he walked.
-
We were linked with Elanga the summer before when Mitchell was here, he is someone Eddie has had his eye on for a period of time rather than a last minute panic buy.
-
On course for a 48 point season if we follow the same points tally as the first half.
-
The next four league games have to be the springboard for our season, if we don’t win all four then I don’t think the turnaround is going to come.
