Just marketing for foreign markets...at least at San Siro we should only play in our own colors.

Seen an hour ago, live in store in Milano, the new collection dedicated to AC Milan's glorious 1960s. The uniform of a legendary goalkeeper... Fabio Cudicini "il Ragno Nero" ("the Black Spider").

Nico Paz...you can't miss out on this gem who hasn't yet entered the radar of the big clubs. Paired with Wolte they'd be an extraordinary duo. Obviously you'd have to change the formation from 4-3-3, but Howe, besides being a great coach, I think he's versatile in this regard. It's true that Real Madrid have the right to buy him back, but they already have Guler in that role and they will certainly focus on the Turk. For a relatively low fee, I think 60, he would be a signing that will give you a definitive leap in quality for years to come.

We played 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 in those years... in 4-3-3 he was used in the position he plays for Newcastle now, in 4-2-3-1 he was a double pivot with Kessie first and then Bennacer. He can certainly be an excellent 6 but I have always preferred him as an 8. Anyway he's not, as has been said, a hybrid between Gattuso and Pirlo, he's De Rossi with more quality and much less nastiness...but the Italian player who most resembles him was certainly Tardelli.

It's normal now because the Premier League is the richest league and where everyone wants to go to play but I still miss the times before the creation of the PL, when your football was certainly less technical but with more heart and pace. The arrival of many foreign coaches (from Wenger onwards) has certainly helped you but it has also made you lose some of your identity. Anyway, I agree with you; I myself would rather watch Brentford-Leeds than Barcelona-Valencia. The only thing you lack is the atmosphere in the stands.

I'm not a big fan of Verratti. Gattuso had stamina and aggression out of this world but was technically very limited. Albertini was highly overrated and Berti was an atypical midfielder, I wouldn't call him a CM. I really liked Dino Baggio (Dino not Roberto), especially during his years at Parma...he knew how to do everything and he did it well. To find CM dominants, however, you have to go back to the 1980s... Tardelli, Oriali, and Ancellotti were three beasts. In Tonali, for example, I see a lot of Tardelli and a bit of De Rossi... not Pirlo or Gattuso.

I agree... In Italy we all know that Totti was infinitely better than Del Piero but I'm convinced that many "foreigners" consider Del Piero a better player. Perhaps we Italians make the same mistake considering Scholes better than Gerrard.
-
These were our 3. There were 14 of us... 8 voted for Scholes, 5 for Gerrard, and 1 for Lampard. I'm pro-Scholes but the objection from someone who voted for Gerrard was right... Scholes played in a great team, Gerrard didn't.

During our last dinner with friends we discussed about the best English midfielders of the last 30 years. We all agreed on the top three but each of us had a different opinion about the first place ...obviously this is seen from an Italian perspective. I'm curious to know your top three and in what order.

There are 8,000 of us and we're coming...is that enough? We'll build aqueducts and arenas where the Mackems will fight lions for your entertainment. In a few years you'll be driving Ferrari and Lambo dressed in Armani suits.

They already sold him to Brentford to piss you off. Tomorrow you will find a horse's head in your bed...we don't accept provocations!!!

Ciao, I wanted to let you know that Sandro was kidnapped by us at Milano airport. He's fine and is now enjoying a delicious cacio e pepe. If you want to see him again send us: 1) Five million pounds 2) Woltemade's mustache 3) Two Pan Haggerty... the ultimatum expires tomorrow at midnight. If you don't accept Sandro will play for Sunderland until 2030... This isn't a joke !!!
-
Both are excellent players, Paz more than Yildiz, but while Yildiz fits well into your 4-3-3 Paz cannot play in Bruno's position, he would be wasted there... he's a pure 10 and you should change your system to a 4-2-3-1 (unsustainable) or (better) to a 4-3-1-2.

The real Italian golden age was from the mid 80s to the end of the 90s, then the Premier League took over.
-
Yes, I think it was the early 90s. They're still the same pieces of shit ...and they remember us well.
-
Those Verona Nazis...they didn't want a Dutch player (Maickel Ferrier) cause he was black and the club gave up !!!

Find me a billionaire widow with only a few months to live... tell her I'm as handsome as Mastroianni, I sing like Pavarotti and I fuck like Siffredi. I'm booking the flight, Leao as usual wants the window seat ... fucking kid.

Last secret for free, then the club will have to pay me... Svilar (27, Roma Goalkeeper) valued at €25M is a monstrous deal.

It's Latin...Veni Vidi Vici.

It's normal, if today a young player had to choose between Real Liverpool and Milan...we would be the last choice.

I understand what you're saying, and I apologize because perhaps I was a little too harsh (but I was also harshly attacked). What I meant about Thiaw was that it was very strange that, for a player who's been closely monitored for months (as Howe revealed), a month passed between Como's offer and yours. For Wolt I was misunderstood... perhaps due to my poor knowledge of the language. I consider him a potential phenomenon if he plays as a 10 and a good/excellent player as a 9; that's why I recommended a 4-4-1-1.

I just wrote this in Tonali's thread : "Oh, about Leoni...maybe you don't know that you made an offer for him a few weeks before Liverpool's and your offer was even more generous."
