Any excuse to get rid of this shower of shit and actually get some players with heart rather than mercenaries. It would be utterly disastrous man. Totally on your own. Now though it's completely different. It hasn't hit me until after the latest result that we are in a heap of trouble with our future fixtures. 9 Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 I keep saying to myself, fulham and Derby are gone, surely we can finish better than 1 from the rest, but when we take nothing from todays game, not even a point after a good performance and lots of chances created its very worrying. Liverpool play there 2nd leg v Inter Milan 3 days after we play them, hopefully, Torres,Gerrard etc will get a rest, a draw is not impossible.. Now, there's nothing else than "turning the corner" that can save us, and for every game that we don't pick up a win in, we're sliding further away from that turning point. Also, it looks like less than 40 points will be OK to stay up. Even though Reading won today, they are very poor at the moment and lets hope that's a blip rather than the start of a revival.
