nobby_solano
Appiah played a friendly match a couple of days ago and apparantly looked very good. I doubt were gonna sign him though (even though he wants to sign). In other news, Jose Mourinho confirms he wants to sign Jenas. This "s***" midfielder is really rated by a lot of managers (I forgot to add Wenger to my previous list, who said he was very interested in JJ when he was with you lot). i hope appiah doesn't sign for your lot we've got a vacancy coming up for a baldy african CM

Mowen
That's a hell of a bit of business for Wigan. Sign a player for sub £1m, plays pretty well for a year, move him on for £14m. Ashley would be drooling.

Okay a less ambitious Wigan model then.

The only thing i can think of better is their league position and off the pitch. We will always be more ambitious than Wigan, we demand it. Guest kingdawson
We've bid for.............................................Crespo A player who will never come back to England. Great plan. Impressive that you answer back after i've already posted that the deal is dead. Anyway.... Craig Bellamy looks set to leave West Ham after angrily storming out of the club's Chadwell Heath training ground. In a move that will push the Wales international closer to the exit door at Upton Park, he told officials that he wanted to discuss a possible £12million move to Tottenham, and, when permission was denied, he reacted in fury. It would seem unlikely that he will now play in Sunday’s match at home to Fulham after not taking part in Friday's training session. Both Spurs and Manchester City have had bids of £12m turned down for the 29 year old and, outwardly, the Hammers are still insisting that he is not for sale. But the fact that Bellamy has said he wants out should ensure that Redknapp gets his man.

Is that not being better on and off the pitch? Fair point but when it comes to signing players having a choice between Wigan and Newcastle, we are more attractive we just are, We at the moment are falling wayy below our expectations and where we should be. Wigan are pushing above their weight, think Blackburn last year - wouldnt want to go there now right? Reading a few seasons ago... We wont be down at the bottom for long, just like Tottenham. In regards to players like mentioned before .. players prime concern is what their wage would be like, which are budgeted allowance is among the top 6 is that right? cant remember

Guest quklaani
Redknapp tapping up Bellamy via the media again? Well I never. Today's public comments by Manchester United's manager, announcing that he has made an offer for Dimitar and is confident that the deal will go through with time working in their favour, is a blatant example of sheer arrogance and interference with one of our players. It is also probably one of the worst offences by any manager in the Premier League to date and is unbelievably hypocritical given his recent comments in respect of Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid.
