Boavista left-back: Brayan Angulo

Recommended Posts

Done a little digging ...

Very highly rated 18 year old columbian international left-back.

Very likely the guy we have here on trial.

Boavista have actually been relegated due to bribing referees so they are struggling to hold onto their players. Anywya Angulo was on loan from South America anyway. It is thought he was actually bought by Betis and loaned to Boavista but apparently he is still owned by his South American club.

This better not be one of thetwo.

Nah ... this is more of a Bassong move.

Another promising under-21 international we can develop.

If he is indeed kept on he will most likely backup Enrique.

KaKa, what makes you so sure it is this Boavista left back, and not another?

Wiki says he is a right back and defensive midfielder!  :snod:

KaKa, explain yourself, otherwise you are in for an epic Fail.

The only other left back is an 31 years old.

This guy made a good number of appearances last season for Boavista and is very highly rated as an under 21 international. Just 18 yrs old too. Seems to tick the boxes as far as the youngsters we are looking at.

I think it is most likely this fella if anyone.

Colombian U-21 left back Bryan Angulo, 18, and Yasser Hussain of Qatar, 23, have been loaned to Boavista until the summer. The former has been loaned by the Spanish intermediaries Inverfutebol, while the latter comes from Sporting Braga.

Boavista have signed Portuguese international midfielder Luís Loureiro. 31, whose last club was Anorthosis Famagusta of Cyprus. The Axedrazados have also secured, via intermediaries Inverfutbol, the services of Colombian international left back Bryan Angulo, 18.

apparently he had a work permit turned down to go to Betis so I doubt he`d get one in the EPL with the all the red tape rules we have here...........he`s on facebook so someone could ask him

If it`s not him I can only think it`s Mario Silva (ex Porto, Nantes). Since Boavista got relegated he`s tried to have his contract rescinded.

Didn't Oliver say the trialist was Portuguese?

can`t trust Oliver to get his facts right. He said Sydney Govou was a left back once

Fair point.
