Guest
Yeah, seeing it a few times he touched the ball, but had he not then tripped Carrick he would have scored. EDIT: Actually, was it f*ck a penalty.

Lenny
Farcical decision. 1-2. It probably wasn't a pen, but farcical is a stretch, I can see why he gave it.

Guest Albert Square
Bullshit that they cant use technology to verify the decision before the penalty is taking, football needs to get with the 21st century.
tmonkey
Who's the co-commentator here? He's class imo, always calling things as he sees them.

Guest
I still don't know actually. You could say he won the initial challenge by playing the ball, but by bringing him down he has prevented a shot at goal. Not sure what the rules are. Didn't Graham Poll say when Beye was sent-off the rules for a foul don't necessarily mean if the defender touches the ball it's not a foul?
Lenny
Who's the co-commentator here? He's class imo, always calling things as he sees them. I think he's annoying as fuck, as soon as he has something in his head he doesn't shut up about it.
Guest Albert Square
Am I alone in wanting Man U to win then? Im not really arsed as I hate both clubs, but I would rather it was a good honest game of football without controversy rather than top club favouritism.
