alexf
its gonna be weird looking at the table next year Yea being top of the league will be weird. if that actually is the case then next season will be a hell of alot more enjoyable than this season despite what league were in. it wont hurt so much if were winning every week
Dave
Add Sheffield Utd to the list then.

Rob W
I reckon a lot of clubs will have their biggest gate of the season against us - but hardly any of those clubs run anywhere near full the main problem is that some of the grounds are really small and our allocation will be small as well
Guest stjamestoon
Who the f*** are these teams. they will be the teams beating us next season unless we pull our fuckin socks up.
Rob W
Exactly - every one of them will be out to beat us = a cup tie every game The Championship is damn hard to get out off - you need to win SND score a load of goals - which sounds like us no?
Guest stjamestoon
Yeah, gonna be really hard..
madras
I'll be looking to get to (as a minimum): West Brom Middlesbrough Sheff Utd Reading Preston Cardiff Swansea Ipswich Bristol City QPR Sheff Wed Watford Doncaster Crystal Palace Blackpool Coventry Derby Nottm Forest Barnsley Plymouth Leicester Peterborough Scunthorpe :indi: thats basically my list but add in coventry,q.p.r,peterborough,watford,ipswich,boro. won't make them all buti'll get to a few. and i would also like to point out that (i think) the last time we played a competitive fixture against scunthorpe (may be wrong but it's the last time i can remember palying them) in the 74 fa cup run, was my first game. i may have come full circle. Crumpy Gunt
West Brom Middlesbrough Sheff Utd Reading Preston Cardiff Swansea Ipswich Bristol City QPR Sheff Wed Watford Doncaster Crystal Palace Blackpool Coventry Derby Nottm Forest Barnsley Plymouth Leicester Peterborough Scunthorpe Been to them already. Don't fancy Plymouth unless I can plan a weekend of it. And Wales doesn't exactly fill me full of enthusiasm.

Groo
It was a disappointing year for us (Swansea), we expected much larger away support once we were promoted to the Championship. This is the 'visitor' list we had this year: Visitors to the Liberty: Forest - 1,016 Sheffield Wed - 1,318 Derby County - 516 Burnley - 622 Wolves - 2,470 QPR - 473 Southampton - 1,089 Watford - 601 Birmingham - 705 Cardiff City - 1,630 Barnsley - 113 Sheffield Utd - 782 Coventry City - 721 Reading - 891 Preston - 271 Ipswich - 639 Doncaster - 488 Charlton - 616 Plymouth - 469 Crystal Palace - 633 Norwich - 692 Bristol City - 453 Blackpool - 477 We took away: AWAY TRAVEL: Charlton 3,300 Plymouth 559 Palace 1,667 Reading 2,874 PNE 315 Ipswich 403 Wolves 1,485 Donny 488 Norwich 475 Coventry 821 Bristol City 969 Blackpool 339 Birmingham 2,141 Burnley 260 Southampton 2,781 Watford 894 Derby 462 Forest 875 QPR 850 Sheffield Wed 795 Cardiff 1650 Barnsley 499 Sheffield Utd 1198 Expect a fair few to make their way to St.James's, something about a night out keeps getting mentioned Look after them though, a friendly bunch

Groo
Not many people feeling brave and going for Cardiff then? Cardiff will play in a new stadium next season, donated by lego we believe. Swansea have now played 3 years in theirs.
kevin doyle
OK in theory but beware the Tuesday night games- Missed out on doncaster away this year because of that.

binnsy
happy that trips to Sheff wed and Forest are back, both are 2 cracking away days, plus Nottingham is a good night out. My worry is the midweek games, it'll be just our luck that the decent away trips will end up midweek games.

AlanSkÃrare
I'll be moving to Leeds for studies so I'm hopefully going to every single one from January and forward. How long will it take me to get to Newcastle from Leeds? And will ticket prices be much lower in the Championship?
QBG
West Brom Middlesbrough Sheff Utd Reading Preston Cardiff Swansea Ipswich Bristol City QPR Sheff Wed Watford Doncaster Crystal Palace Blackpool Nottm Forest Barnsley Plymouth Coventry Derby Leicester Peterborough Scunthorpe Will also aim to get to Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol City, Coventry, Leicester and Scunny if possible. Ash
West Brom Middlesbrough Sheff Utd Reading Preston Cardiff Swansea Ipswich Bristol City QPR Sheff Wed Watford Doncaster Crystal Palace Blackpool Coventry Derby Nottm Forest Barnsley Plymouth Leicester Peterborough Scunthorpe I'll be going to those (as long as the fixture list is kind). Will consider Cardiff if it isn't around the same time we play Swansea. Will also consider West Brom, Reading, Ipswich and Watford too. I stupidly want to make the trip to Plymouth but that will depend on having someone come with me. A bit of a trek to make on my own!
