Good lad but what a pleb.

To be fair he came out with a better one moments prior.

Pompey V Arsenal tonight.

No Englishmen in either side for the first time in English football history.

Arsenal got a couple of England lads on the bench, nice to see! Eastmond would be nice to see if we get the opportunity looks a really good player!

Yerp. Arsenal get (rightly, imo) criticised for their aversion to English players. However, if the likes of Gibbs, Wilshere and Lansbury can come through the Arsenal system it could be beneficial to England in the long term. We might actually end up with players who are technically gifted.

Anyone else think Rooney needs to move to find some proper form again?

He seems to be vegetating at Man U.

People have been saying this for a while. I'd say yes. Not sure where he'd go, like.

Yeh I'm not sure where he'd go either.

Spain? Italy?

Spain, no one big of his fee will go to Italy any time soon.

Honestly, we're so far off Arsenal it's like we're playing a different sport.

it does seem arsenal are playing a different sport to the rest of football, barcelona apart such a joy to watch

Wonder how this Wenger reign will be looked on in 20-30 years time.

Do you mean this actual period or his whole reign? As if it's this period it probably won't be due to their lack of silverware.
