nufc4eva
You never know our team may have movement, something that has been missing for so long. Imagine a player making an intelligent run, a keeper throwing rather than launching the ball. Centre halves having a dynamic midfield to play into rather than bypass, Wingbacks having someone to overlap / pick the ball up. If our dynamics do change and we do get the right players it could change our ambitions next year, we do have to have the right mix of flair and strength though which is maybe where tiote and matuidi come in. Guest
It's a gamble, but I'd sooner us have a go signing those types who could give us a real shot if they fulfill their potential of finishing close to the top 6, and if that fails finishing mid-table, than sticking with the likes of Nolan & Barton settling for finishing around 10th anyway. taxfree
From Le Figaro: 12:41: Highly coveted, Youssef El Arabi would now be followed by FC Sevilla. The Caen striker also interested Genoa and Newcastle but should not leave the Stade Malherbe for less than 8 million.
Guest
Linked with Youssef El-Arabi on the French sites. Aye, saw that. Us and Genoa are supposed to have offered or want to pay €5m for him, they want €8m.
johnnypd
we seem to be linked to a lot of players in the foreign media, but i suspect it's like Arevalo last summer, we've been watching them or making enquiries rather than putting down firm bids. Arevalo's agent said we approached him but were waiting to hear back about "an Ivorian player", before he was heavily linked with us. He was clearly the back-up plan, and no doubt we would have had an offer on the table incase Tiote didn't sign.

Based on the fact that El Arabi scored 17 goals in a shit team and Erding scored 8 in PSG. I know Erding didn't play as many games but still.
