ponsaelius
Wonder where Sewelly got that lingo from... Tbh i can't say i fully understand the trequartista role - but it can be a bit of a nightmare imo. One thing's for sure, you need to be the most mobile and zippy person on the pitch. If they're an intermediate between attack and midfield, then they've got more jobs to do. To have a positive effect on the attacking nature of the side... they need to have the stamina and vision of a great CM, and the instincts of a great CF. Take any one of those cogs out, and it's simply a pointless detriment. Owen played a similar role f***ing brilliantly... he was decent infront of goal, and as it happened - he could pick out a peach of a pass. But Nolan man, f***ing hell. It doesn't even bare thinking about. If we're gonna shoehorn him into the side no matter what - just stick him upfront ffs. Haha, I knew what a trequartista was before this years edition of FM The problem with Nolan playing there is he doesn't have the vision and creativity to be a foot on the ball, archetypal #10 but he also doesn't have the pace or directness to be a more attacking second striker. He's basically just a complete waste in that position. The thing is he's proven out of his depth in central midfield aswell, I do wonder what use he's going to be at all this season tbh

Skirge
If we are still looking at a loan deal it will be a deadline day thing I reckon OM will drag it out hoping we buy him.

Mick
but something will spark another big riot. I think they'll give in and draw a line under everything that's happened because they have other players coming out and trying to blame the bad feeling for dropped points.
