Pilko
What is 'AMR'? Attacking midfield right. Must play more FM.
Conjo
What´s wrong with typing AMR?
Village Idiot
That position didn't even exist before people started playing FM In Spanish we only talked about "Exteriores" (wingers in a 442) or "extremos" (sided forwards in a 433).
Conjo
But it´s a legit position, and everybody knows what it is. It´s just "cool" to look down upon or act ignorant on it.
Guest icemanblue
How's it a 'legit' position, like? When was that term ever used before FM? It stands for 'attacking midfielder, right'. I can't remember me, or anyone I know ever saying, 'ah tell you what, Jackie, Chelsea's new attacking midfielder right is a canny player'.
Guest BooBoo
AMR, what a bell-end.
Pilko
Aye, people generally would say "right forward" or "right sided attacker".
Martin Lol
Scott Parker signed for Spurs tonight apparently.

Conjo
It´s a short term/abbreviation for right sided attacking midfielder/winger. Everybody understands it. Does it matter where it came from?
Dave
I just asked what it meant.
Martin Lol
Bit out of the blue, that one. Surprised that Harry never let on that we were after him! Any acquisition would improve what we saw today.
Conjo
I just asked what it meant. Im calling bullshit on that. Im pretty certain you knew what it was before you asked.

Guest WashyGeordie
Scott Parker signed for Spurs tonight apparently. I thought Palacios would be better than Parker. But then he's off to Stoke, of all places, wtf!
Hughesy
Aye, people generally would say "right forward" or "right sided attacker". I reckon right winger to be honest. Can't say I've heard many people say right forward.
Martin Lol
VI, have you seen anything about Espanyol wanting Pav? With Osvaldo having gone there's obviously a space to be filled but could he possibly be the answer? (fingers crossed)

taxfree
LOL LMAO LOOOOL LMAO LOL LOOOOOL Hush up when you're talking about the current writers player of the season please. Please don't talk about that award like it means something. I don't think Parker is as bad as people are making out but that award is a joke. Parker - Rooney - Gerrard - Ronaldo - Ronaldo - Henry - Lampard - Henry - Henry - Pires Not that much of a joke is it. Last year it was. I agree with Froggy that I don't think he's as bad as some are making out but he's not a player Spurs should be signing in order to progress. Parker was superb last season according to Hammers fans who watched him week in and week out. He's exactly the sort of player we need in order to progress and will be a key player for us imo. West Ham were f***ing dire last season. He might have been a bit of a bright light in terms of their woeful play, but playing well for a side that got relegated doesn't mean you're good enough for a 5th/6th place side. Plus, Huddlestone and Sandro are better, and Livermore probably will be by the end of the season. Waste of money. Juninho. Livermore better than Parker by the end of the season :mackems: :mackems: :mackems: Parker is average. Livermore has the potential to be better than average. Speaking of which - Skysports.com understands Tottenham have offered Jake Livermore to West Ham as part of the Scott Parker deal.
